I was just at your store and this is the 2nd time within a week that you've gotten my order wrong. First I asked for no mayonnaise on my sandwich, it's full of mayonnaise. Today I asked for fries as one of my sides, didn't get any fries and I didn't get any plastic ware to eat with. I absolutely love your food but you've got to do better
Great shakes made from hand dipped Mayfield ice cream , the flavors are not from some nasty squeeze bottle flavors .
The food is great but the crew isn't very good at completing orders. There hasn't been a time that I've gone here and my order was correct. So disappointing and never exciting to be not be able to eat what you wanted, check your food before you leave 100% of the time.

Unfortunate.. In the past this Jack's was amazing. Great service, fresh food. It was a good experience. But the past 6 months or so, it's gone downhill fast. Stale food. Undercooked chicken, Orders being completely wrong. Sometimes their rude on the speaker, but I've worked in food. I understand that being a thing. But it's gotten to the point where Everytime I go to this Jack's, I can bet something will be wrong, or bad. Whatever changes y'all made, unmake them.
They've got a great breakfast special. Eggs, grits, biscuit and gravy, and your choice of sausage or bacon for only $3.99. About the best breakfast deal you're gonna find.
I love jacks, they have great customer service the Big Jack is always good and fresh. And I love to Come Back sauce
Service was blazing fast and food was delicious. Ate inside, everything was great. Probably the best fast food breakfast in town.
