Fast & Friendly Service.When you come in don’t walk to the left, floor is sometimes wet due to an open kitchen design. Nice set up though, very inviting.WiFi works, bathroom is clean, lots of seating and parking.
I don’t know why it is so hard for the employees to show a little bit of customer service. I go to this Dunkin pretty often and it’s always the same rude service, they do not even ask how you are before taking your order and it’s just “ what can i get for you “ with extreme attitude. The food is always cold or burnt, donuts always seem stale, coffee is made differently each time and sometimes it just taste like straight river water. Not to mention the wait time when there’s not even that many cars in the drive thru and you’re waiting 10 mins to just have your order taken and then another 10 mins to get your order at the window. Half of the time the worker cuts me off as I’m in the process of ordering and they typically say it wrong because I haven’t even finished ordering my coffee? The Villa Rica location is 10x better and if I didn’t live in Carrollton I would most definitely go to that one because they are actually accurate and provide friendly service. The only nice employee I have encountered at this Dunkin is the young girl with the green dye in her hair. The management needs to seriously take these reviews into consideration as half of them are 1-2 stars and I can guarantee all of the good reviews are just the managers or employees trying to make their score seem better.
Slowest service I’ve ever experienced. Employees do not care and it’s obvious. No excuses here. You can tell they DO NOT CARE. I used to go five days a week or more. Now, I just make my own coffee. 15 minutes in the drive thru with only one other customer. Ridiculous.
I do not understand why it is so hard for this location to get orders correct. I have been going to this location for over 2 years, and in my time going to this location my orders are rarely ever correct. I don’t complain often unless a large grievance but I feel as though being charged 29$ for 4 bagels and some bacon is a bit outrageous not to be able to get my order correct yet again. I really hope management cracks down on this location and can elevate it to a place I would actually want to return to from this point forward. They ended up charging me for 8oz of cream cheese for 6$ , 8oz of strawberry cream cheese for 2$ and two butter for 3$
honestly don't go here every single time I go here they take at least 10 minutes to take my order when there's nobody in the line then I get to the window and they take another 15 minutes to give me my coffee.Don't waste your time go to Starbucks or a different Dunkin
I have tried the Carrollton, Ga Dunkin’ many times since it is near my house, it’s never been great but the past 2 visits have been horrible. I went through the drive-thur on my way to work a few weeks ago and the cashier was very rude. I know everyone is short handed and I try to be patient, but she completely ignored me after handing my coffee then shutting window. All I wanted was to ask for a napkin because half my coffee was split down the cup. She rolled her eyes and handed me one napkin without saying a word. This morning I tried again, when I pulled up to drive thru speaker it repeated the message “this store is closed” However, I saw cars at the window so I pulled up thinking the speaker was broken. When I got to the window the worker informed me that the speaker was not broken and wasn’t sure why it would say that message. She said I couldn’t place an order at the window and I would have to get back in line if I wanted something. I don’t understand why she couldn’t take an order for 1 coffee right there. I will not be using this location every again.
I went In to order and the lady was very rude she drop the bag she had my dounuts in on the floor . And placed the bag on the counter very rude. My coffee had no flavor which I ordered a hot Carmel hot coffee which was not hot. I will not ever go back there . Worst experience ever.
Avocado toast is ahhh-mazing. But their service was not. And our donuts were hard. Of course we didn't know that until we had driven away. :-( It's probably like everywhere else right now though, short-staffed and under stocked.
This is the slowest dunking on the planet, waited in the drive through for 20 mins just to get to the window, then I was asked to park and wait while my order was completed. Ended up waiting another 10 mins. Service sucks, but the products are still good.
My Carmel Craze Latte this morning is un-drinkable. Not sure what they made it with, but definitely concerned.
