Might just be unlucky but it seems like they never carry crab legs anytime we call or come in. Tonight we ended up getting whole crab which was pretty disappointing. We paid $50 for shrimp that was supposed to have heads and the whole crabs that had maybe three whole bites of meat. On top of that the crab definitely did not taste like it was boiled with the sauce and was incredibly dry. If you ask me it’s a kind of pricey for the low quality and lack of quantity. We basically paid for the weight of shells. Not coming back.
Went July 6, 2022 for my birthday dinner with the whole family. Oh my goodness was it AMAZING. Our waitress was awesome and kept our drinks filled. They allowed changes to the dinner so we got more of what we loved. Our Children ages twin 7 and 8 yr old loved the crab legs and scallops. We can not wait to go again. Was a little pricey but well worth it.
The food was excellent and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the whole dining experience. The wait staff is very friendly and helpful.We will definitely visit here again.
I did not enjoy my meal at Crafty Crab. I'd hoped it would become a new favorite place to eat, but it didn't. The service was okay, but the atmosphere was mundane compared to the price paid for the meal. The food was served too hot, which left blisters in my mouth, and the fish was basically tasteless.
rude waitress. she messed up our food and then when we sent it back she came back with the same food and was like to get it fixed she (the waitress) would have to pay for the food she messed up and she (the waitress) wasn’t doing that . it was disgusting behavior truly. great food but terrible service on her part.
After always ordering off the child's menu for smaller portions we were told because of new management we can't any longer. They said they don't know anyone that lets you do that and their are several!! Lost our business, want be back!!
Ordered a crawfish boil and bit into one of the eggs and a white liquid came out and the inside is green. I called to give them a chance to make it right and the “kitchen manager” said that’s not possible because they make eggs every day. I even offered to send photos but they said the best they can do is give me 1.99 for the eggs. No way anyone should order seafood from here again.
The restaurant appeared clean and nicely decorated. Our waitress was nice.The food was not good. We had fried Talpia and fried catfish. The talpia was mushy and very fishy tasting. The meal was served in a basket. Baskets are fine for lunch but not for dinner. How do you serve fish without some lemon wedges and hush puppies? We did get an order of hush puppies, they were excellent but nothing else was very good. I also didnt like the condiments being served in little plastic cups. Not very environmentally friendly. The coleslaw was watery and tasteless. My husband ordered some calamari that he said was the worst tasting calamari he ever had. They did take it off the bill. I wont be back
Always my favorite place to come when I am in town. I have never been disappointed, the prices are affordable, they give you a decent amount of food. The staff has always been good, I would highly recommend.
