The only reason I give it 2 stars is cause the staff which looked like high school kids was to busy playing around rather take care of customers orders, there was no wait in line, they handed out the order before it was completed so we had to wait again for the rest of the order while they was just playing around again.Not professional staff as you would expect no matter what shift a restaurant is supposed to have a standard of service and clearly the cook out dropped the ball tonight, the food was ok I would say we have had better food from here when we eat during day shift where they are more professional and not playing around.Management/ Owners need to take care of this before someone gets hurt while playing around in the kitchen.When I see an improvement in service I will update my review
They just don't listen. Every time I eat here they get the order wrong. After the latest wrong order my friend went back to get it fixed, and they gave us two burgers burnt to a crisp, inedible. Probably ruined it on purpose because we inconvenienced them by asking for the food we paid for. They weren't even supposed to give us two burgers in the fixed order, they got that wrong too.
The customer service is HORRIBLE. I repeat HORRIBLE!! The food is the same as the customer service. I purchased 7 milkshakes. First, the shakes were spilling all outside of the cups. I had to ask for her to wipe the cups off. Second, I asked for cup holders. THAT'S when the attitude truly presented itself. So I asked "Did it bother you that I asked for a cup holder?". She said no but starts slamming the cups in the holders. To make a long story short, I asked for the manager who then comes when the same rudeness as the child at the window. I asked for the General Managers number. She tells me she was the GM. Therefore, I asked for DM's number. She said she couldn't provide that number. Then I asked for corporate ?She said the number was on the cup. To say the least, I will never return there and those two will be reported. I truly don't understand these places nowadays. Yall hired the most rude "don't want to work", lazy children. It would have been one thing if I was rude.in the beginning but I wasn't. I started to ask for their names but... we all know with the way their attitude was set up, they would have lied. If I could give Zero stars I would.
They messed my order up horribly with no cheese, ketchup, lettuce, or mayonnaise. Just bun and burger. The burger was raw and my tea literally look like water. THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER ATE AT IN MY LIFE! This was at 12:26 on March 18th. Whoever is on that shift needs to be FIRED FAST!
Ask for light ice, get extra, ask for no mayo/onion, get extra, ask for bacon, get none, ask for BBQ with no bun, get a sopping mess that spills everywhere and not even a fork to eat it with. At least the fries were good. Definitely need these folks to give more cares about doing their jobs.
I ordered a tray with chicken sandwich, onion rings and cheese bites, the chicken was beyond burned, the onion rings and cheese bites were very good. Price was $16 and we got 2 trays, with 2 side and 2 drinks, bc of the price and how good the other food was, I will give them one more chance.
We always get good food here. Any time there has been an issue it is been handled quickly. The people are nice and are always smiling.
This location gives the company a bad name. I’ve been in the hospital for two days and all I could think about was how close I was to an actual cookout (I’m not local). We order 3 corn dogs - received 2, ordered a cook out style hamburger - got slaw only no chili, ordered cheese fry’s and received cold fry’s with some cold brown mush on top! Disgusting!
I ordered onion rings which were very good. Fresh and hot, probably the best I've had from semi fast food. With that being said, i cant get over the fact, i paid 1.99 for 4 onion rings. For sure i won't again.
Good food first time going tut there had grilled chicken sandwich unsweetened tea I'll eat there again soon
