It was great when they first opened, but our experiences have been steadily declining in quality. Today’s meal and side portions were about 2/3 the size they were a few months ago. I’d be surprised if there was 2 ounces of steak. Definitely not worth the price. We have no plans to return since the dining experience and value are better at so many other places in town.
This was my first time here , and my last time back. I ordered a salad and barley got any lettuce because they ran out. I then ask for some dressing because the cup they have me had a little less that half in it, they were also out. I ordered chips and salsa maybe thinking I could just mix the salsa in my salad, after being charged I was told there wasn’t any salsa. The worker asked if I wanted guacamole instead, I said sure. She came back to inform me that they were also out. I got charged for something I didn’t get. Including the salad with no lettuce. To top things off, the chips are STALE, like days old stale. I understand running out of things closer time to close, but it was 8:30 the store closes at 10.
I came in at about 3pm. No one was at the counter to wait on me, so I waited on them. Additionally, they were out of the side that I wanted, initially misunderstood my order, then didn’t have anyone at the register to take my money.The place was also dirty and had not been cleaned from the lunch crowd. Food trash everywhere.This is the first time I have been to this chain, but it will be the last. Moe’s is certainly better.I did give it two stars because the people weren’t rude, just not very prompt.
Usually a great place to eat. All I got was a big bowl of guacamole and sourcream. I asked for lettuce I can't even express how little there was. No meant little anything just a huge bowl of guacamole ans sour cream. Wish I could post a picture. If you hate your job, please just find a new one.
Quick, fresh, and healthy. You can have your dish fixed to your liking, be it vegan, vegetarian, or with grilled meats (chicken or beef; not sure about pork). Plenty of vegetable choices to fill you up.
I ordered on the app 2 bowls, 2 kids meals and a bag of chips with salsa. The person who help me doesn't believe me when I said she forgot my chips and one kids chips and she says Chipotle was out of chips and gave us a bad mandarin like she is doing us a favor. Why she didn't check the order? She looks at us like we try to scam a kids chips. This is the third time something happened in this place. They always made some mistake.After I got home, I opened the package and they forget the rice and beans on my kids meals. Disappointed.
Great people serving great food! Always a positive experience once I'm inside ✨️ Manuevering through traffic to get in and out of the parking area may be the only issue. Wish I had bought the stock when they first went public.
Honestly the evening crew on 5-16-22 did an amazing job cooking and doing the avocado ? . Probably the best I have ever had at this location! Awesome job yall. ?
I ordered a steak bowl at your establishment, location Carrollton, Georgia 30117. The rice was tasteless. The steak had fat and gristle attached to it. There was absolutely nothing flavorful about the entire dish, including the guacamole. it was an entire waste of a meal and money.
First time there. Staff was extremely helpful. Will be back.
