Great food fast service. Small wait on the peach milkshake but nothing to get upset about. They were extremely busy and they were trying very hard. No complaints here.
I ordered DoorDash for a Grilled Cobb chicken salad. What I got was a fried Cobb chicken salad. When I called the restaurant to get extra egg and extra dressing on my salad I was told they could not do that without charging me. That’s funny to me because in the past I have been able to call Chick-fil-A and add whatever extra I needed to my salad. I would have added it through DoorDash but there wasn’t an option for me to do that. And the manager that I spoke to was very rude. Chick-fil-A you guys used to be great with the customer service, but recently the customer service has sucked!
I’m hoping the drive thru express lane is just temporary while the other location is being rebuilt but each time I’ve been in this lane it is not express at all. I visited today and scanned the code at 2:29pm. I was still sitting in the line at 2:44pm. CFA is our go to for quick service but it seems to be slowly declining.
Best service and food! Fries are always hot. We dine in and they always have tables clean! Great associates!
Service was not the best, not friendly at all. My Cob salad was awful, more lettuce than anything else. First time ever being disappointed in both Service and your product.
Not a big fan of chick-fil-A but my wife likes it so I've got to eat there sometimes.
Food was good. Everything was accurate. Sweet tea could've been sweet. Wish the food was ready when it sent me a message saying it was.
Great service but the fries and hash browns were cool, not salted and greasy and a little dark... most likely due to the oil being old and dirty. Kind of giving a burnt taste. Chicken in biscuit was small and biscuit crumbling. I was there at 1030am so maybe they were in the middle of cleaning?
I go to this Chick-fil-A all the time my order is always a number one with chicken well done and crispy biscuit well done with extra butter today my chicken wasn’t crispy there was no extra butter and what made it worse is that the biscuit was so white and doughy (picture was taken) that I had to put it in my own oven to cook the biscuit until it was done. The biscuit had no butter on it once I put the biscuit back together with the chicken and tried to eat it but it tasted so horrible that I threw it in the trashcan….I did call Chick-fil-A and they did tell me that they would send me a redo via email within two days….it is not the norm for this Chick-fil-A but I was very disappointed.
Orders were served quickly but waited a while to be able to leave cars in front not moving
