Me and my kids were traveling early in the morning and starving. I stopped here to get something, hoping they had lunch food available because I have picky kids. They did!!! The breakfast menu includes several lunch items so everyone was happy! The staff was friendly. It seemed like the kind of place where everyone knows each other! It was a happy atmosphere and the food was fast, hot, and delicious!!!
Waited in parking lot for 30 minutes for my number 10. Fries and sandwich was so cold I threw it away. Total waste of money. Don't eat here.
Stood at the counter with 3 employees walking around and wouldn’t take my order all they said was oh I don’t know who’s working the counter
Service was good, but they forgot the fries so I had to park and go in. The burgers ended up being cold, dry, and really small! Not impressed...it will probably be another 10 years before I get a craving for BK again.
Wouldn't let me change my drink out for something different. Wouldn't substitute fries. The cheddar bites were cold. However, the melt was hot and delicious.
I ordered on the app and the restaurant said we don’t have online access. Very rude over the speaker like I was suppose to know. Not very helpful with how to get a refund.
Live here in Carrollton for 25years and never had a problem with BK until today. I placed an order for a big fish sandwich at the drive through. The lady said she could hear me so I politely said it again. She then said she couldn’t hear me because of the truck at the window so I pull up to the window to place my order. Then she tells me she can’t take an order at the window so I asked if she wanted me to back up to the order kiosk she then got mad and stomped off. Another lady ask what I wanted so I told her and they did it. However, the lady that was mad ask me to pull up and I told her no one was behind me so she stomps off again. When the lady that took my order came back I asked to speak to a manager she says it was her. Hopefully they will fix this problem!
Everytime we go to this location they never seem to get our order right or they forget something, or half our food is cold.
4 times going thru drive thru has been fast, problem free service
