Food is always hot. I was told a portion of my food had to be cooked and it would take 5min. 5min came and went folks were getting served their food. So,i kindly asked the lady had they forgotten about me. I drive 1hr away and for my food to be sitting on the other side an no one said anything is unacceptable. The lady did apologize ,but alil organization wouldn't hurt.

The fried chicken was hot, fresh, crispy, but too salty. If the salt wasn't so heavy, this would be a five star review. The service was fast and friendly even with the long line. I was just disappointed with the salty taste of the chicken.
I wish I could give this place a -100/10 DON’T RECOMMEND EATING THERE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!!!!!!!!!! Where do I start when I get there during the day I had to wait which I didn’t mine but the second I get to the window there person working was rude to me. Then they didn’t just get my order wrong but want to say it was my fault ?♂️. So I want back there during night shift and some of the people on night shift is nice but who ever cooking needs to stop my food was uncooked.
Chicken's pretty good I noticed the tenders have gotten smaller no big deal I'm on a diet. However they should offer grilled items on their menu for people that don't want stuff soaked and grease.
Food was good. DONT GET THE DRINKS. I got a sprite and could see BLACK stuff floating in the cup. Lady tried to act like I was crazy when I said It. I’m sure they aren’t getting the ice maker Professionally cleaned.
If you want just simple fried chicken then it is the place for a local Carrollton treat.
Always ?call? your ?order? in ahead! The line will be 10 deep before they ever open the window. Yes, it's that good but only this location. I've tried it in other towns and there is no comparison. My favorite is the fried catfish but the chicken is also ?. You can sit down at one of the picnic tables but I recommend just picking up an order to go.
We just moved here so the outdoor window really startled me. Especially since it was raining heavenly and the wind was really gusting. It was so loud that I couldn't understand the check out girl. Thank God she was patient enough to walk me through the ordering process. It wound up being the best Chicken and Livers we've ever had. We will be back!
