If I could give a zero, I would. I have never had a worst experience at a restaurant before. The person taking our order Cody was super rude. When we got to the window, they gave my friend half of her large fry and didn’t even give her a straw. They threw our sauces in the bag on top of our food and it was super messy. They also didn’t give us our receipts or even asked if we wanted them.
They were very busy, cars wrapped around the building, But they were very efficient worked hard got the job done and it was very tasty,
Very clean.Our order was properly prepared and correct. I rang the ? on the way out! The Andy's mint chocolate milkshake was off the chain! ?
Please send me another Greek Gyro. It was so satisfying.! My daughter was happy that I slept well.
Ordered food cashier was very pleasant. Person handing the food out to custo.ers very abrupt. We were missing my curly fries when I told him that. He got fries for me placed them in a bag and virtually threw the bag at me. Once I got to the table I realized I got the wrong type of fries I just ate them not wanting to deal with the rude man. I work in fast food I understand short staffed and busy. But I still make sure the customer feels appreciated for giving me their business. I do not feel that today.
Great food but once again our order was incorrect. We ALWAYS have to say something to have our order corrected. But again.. the food is always delicious.
Sandwich was not put together properly, and it was not cut in half like it is supposed to be ,and it was greasy

Manager was great, delicious food and cinnamon shake, best Arby's I have had in a couple years.
Bleh... Good was ok... Fries were decent... Asked for unsweet tea but was given sweet. Pretty much across-the-board Arby's are near the top in cleanliness and freshness but this one wasn't up to par
