This is my FAVORITE Applebee's location, but whenever we went, there was a white Cadillac blocking part of the parking lot. There were two wrecks that almost occurred because the driver of the vehicle couldn't park in an actual spot even though there was plenty of parking. The wait time was longer than usual for a late Friday night as well. I am still giving 5 stars because the restaurant staff cannot control how their customers choose to park nor can they control their wait times.
we brought my grand daughter for her birthday dinner and it was terrible fries were cold the riblets were all bone no no meat stuck me in the gum and made it bleed. Although the waitress (I think her name was Emma) was so nice and understanding and offered TWICE to take my order off the bill which doesn’t happen a lot with waiters/waitresses.
We went out for a family birthday dinner. Our server was the worst I’ve ever had. It took us 3 hours to eat dinner and when the food came out it was cold. My Alfredo had hard noodles and no sauce. It took about 15 minutes for our server to even realize we needed refills on our drinks. The table was dirty. Spent $100 on food that wasn’t even edible. I will not be going back here at all.
Fast friendly service. Food was delicious and staff was knowledgeable about the menu items!
I just had the salmon with broccoli and mashed potatoes. It was very good.The salmon was cooked quite good. It was able to be cut with a fork easily and was tender enough that it was able to be broken up with just your tongue. Which is quite good for anyone with teeth problems or lack of teeth.The broccoli was okay. The broccoli was steamed with nothing else added.If you have teeth problems or no teeth then another side might suit you better.Mashed potatoes were good. They are closer to skin in country style mashed potatoes okay with small chunks of potato mixed in. They were still very well cooked and the pieces mixed in were very tender.Easy to be eaten by people with teeth problems or lack of teeth.I had ice water. It was as expected. With the limes appearing to be freshly cut.The silverware was clean.From where I could see my plate was clean.The food was plated very well. While the food may look basic It was pretty good. The best salmon I've had in a while.Overall based on experience I had today I would recommend eating dinner here.
For all the food was very good my ate on it for days the service was decent price was wild we had a two for 20 something and a beer and it ended up somehow coming out to $40 they will nickel and dine you did not get extra sauce probably charge you for extra napkins too not sure
I think the lady that took my order was Alicia. My company orders out a lot. We have a lot of orders and pay with one card. Which means we need an itemized receipt so we can figure out what everyone owes the person who payed. Which I believe saves the company time. Why take 8 debit cards to pay when we can use one? This order was correct, on time and we got our itemized receipt. Once or twice Applebee's messed up our substitution requests but for the most part Applebee's rocks the to go for a slightly larger than normal order. A lot of other restaurants give attitude for an itemized receipt. Thank you Applebee's for understanding and helping us want to order again.
Steaks were way undercooked (medium requested but received rare...big difference!). I don't mind mine undercooked but my boyfriend had to send his back. When they came back with it slightly more cooked (medium rare) there was still blood all over the plate from the initial preparation. He ended up not eating at all because everyone else had finished and he wasn't going to send it back a second time.Unable to order a side of basic kids mac and cheese with an adult meal, and the waitress mis-explained what she was doing, so my daughter ended up being charged for a full steak meal (which came with no adult meal sides) AND full price for a kids mac and cheese meal (which came with no kids side) just because my grandson wanted steak!Will not be back even though restaurant options in our area are limited.

The Bourbon Street Steak was to my liking. The steak was perfect and mashed potatoes was delicious!! Our server, Austin, was awesome and on top of everything when it comes to making sure that we had what we asked for.
