The service was very polite and fast however we got our bags through the drive-thru and our hot wing sauce was all over inside the bags like soup and when we returned it to ask them to please wipe it off and put it in a new bag they did however they still had it all over my salad plate. And we ask for the wings to be crispy they were not.
i didn’t realize that they closed at 9pm and i arrived right before 9pm and they still took my order! no complaints and the girls were so sweet through the drive through! thank you so much for the great service!!!
I try very hard not to complain, but every time we’ve come here lately, the food has not been good at all. The boneless wings taste like they’ve been sitting for ages and they are barely even drizzled in sauce. I wasn’t able to eat them. The fries were soggy and not up to the standards of what I’ve come to expect from Zaxby’s.
I Try to give restaurants and businesses multiple chances. I rarely complain, but Every single time we go here, something is missing. This visit- no salad dressing, no sauce I paid extra for, chicken in salad not tossed in any sauce- asked clearly twice for it to be tossed in mild. No receipt, nothing. It’s just pathetic to spend $30 on a meal and get home and have it be wrong every single time. Do people take no pride in their job anymore? Makes me sad and very upset. I guess I will find another place to spend my money. I give up trying anymore here.
This Zaxbys location should change their name to Kermit my brothers chicken was green!! We felt sick all day. Stale food probably from the night before and GREEN CHICKEN. Stay away! Unless you want to eat frog instead of chicken.But really my chicken was green!!!!
Freaking Zaxby's is a home favorite restaurant. Everytime I go back to GA I'll go a couple times. Pretty good chicken and chicken products.The Zalades are the real bees knees.This one specifically was decent in regards to cleanliness and staff.The man at the front told me that the new sauce was nothing special and tasted like an already in use sauce.Be kind to y'alls sauces.-X

This is one of the best Zaxby's around! Their food is always fresh and hot, and the drive thru moves fast even with long lines. They have high inspection scores and great customer service. Love this location.
Their decorations are top notch, and the food is just as good
Have gone through the drive thru the last three Sundays. It's usually fairly quick to get through the line, unless the dining room is closed. We really enjoy the food.
