Took a bite, realized it wasn’t spicy so I opened it to check the sauce. Found TWO hairs. The realization that I could have EATEN these hairs has me literally sick. Never ordering from this location again. And I won’t be able to eat Zaxby’s for a few years after this.

Called and ordered ahead, but when I got there I had to wait in the drive through line for 20 minutes by the time I got to the window everything was cold. Plus they didn't have fried pickles anymore
This is on me, when will I learn, this is the zaxbys that provides repeatable offenses. It is the closest and most convenient but mostly a fail. Usually it's an item left out, a wrong item, a kid who does not work there taking orders. Let's see tonight, soggy fries, dry wings, wrong salad dressing, loving my lettuce though, right. To the owner of this franchise, you need help, I know the labor market sucks but so does this branch. In the meantime, if I have a zaxbys craving I will be going to the next nearest
We love Zaxby’s but not this one Food is never greasy or cook probably. Lots of teens goofing off on their phones rather than doing their job. This place definitely could use new management
A good Zaxbys. I've both eaten here as well as done the drive through. For the most part the food has been fresh and the portions consistent. My only quibble, and this goes for Zaxbys in general, is that the saucing seems inconsistently applied. Sometimes they're swimming in sauce, other times they can be dry. I see the employees weighing salads, and I wonder if they do so with applied sauces.
Went to the drive-thru the lady on the speaker was very knowledgeable spoke with a smile you could tell she was happy upbeat. The food was hot very fresh the french fries were excellent I had a chicken sandwich fries and a drink and the other individual had tenders fry in a drink I believe. Everything was hot and fresh and the drinks were cold LOL I highly recommend this particular Zaxby's. Enough said..
Busy, fast service, fresh food. Great place. I know I'm crazy for saying this but I think the strips and nuggets are better than Chick-fil-A.
I came to pick up a door dash that is ready i called and asked if i could just grab instead of sitting behind 9 cars the kid said no. Great service. We closed dining room 3 minutes ago
