Worst experience yet. I ordered on the app and went inside to pick up the food. Restaurant was dirty, drink machine and counter was covered in sticky spilled drinks. Food was wrong and I had to send it back to correct it. Once getting it home, it was inedible. Chicken was way overcooked and hard as a rock.
Best fast food ever! Soo much food for a decent price. Their #1 combo has like 4 chicken tenders, tons of fries, sauce, coleslaw, and Texas toast! No better place to eat at!
I came by last night for a late diner, I ordered the chicken tender plate. When I got to the drive through window I paid and was handed my food. I opened my tray before leaving there was no coleslaw. The guy at the driveway window reopened the window asked did I need something else I responded I didn’t get any coleslaw his response we are out nothing was said when ordering or when I received my food 11/3/2021 9:00 p.m I always except to come to get what I pay for.
I am 52 years old and have visited many fast food restaurants over the years and I must say that I have NEVER been treated as rudely and disrespectful as I was today. I noticed, after I left, that I was overcharged and proceeded to go back to the store for a refund of the difference. The young men at the front offered no apologies and only proceeded to laugh at the fact that their co-worker had overcharged someone again regarding the daily special. They called the manager named Yancy to the front to rectify the situation. He seemed bothered and did not speak one single word to me. He simply went to the register, took out $0.75, placed it in my hand and walked away. When I made the young men aware that the refund was supposed top be $2.37, they called Yancy back to the front once more. He again, went to the register, took out $1.50, placed it in my hand and walked away. Not a single word was spoken to me in either transaction. Sadly, this was the manager. I will NEVER visit this location again. That young man has a horrible attitude and should not be customer facing!

Was looking very forward to eating zaxbys today until I was disappointed with toast that wasn’t done, fries that were soggy and cold, and chicken tender pictured below
First off, there was a Skelton crew working and it took less than 4 mins to get my order. The chicken tenders were old and the French fries were undercooked and soggy; obviously had been sitting around for several hours.
Food is really good and came out piping hot! Clean tables. My daughter's new fave!
I would give a good rating we placed a online order one item came all good but mine was the zax snack I ordered 3 ranches with it no zax sauce they gave 1 zax sauce and no ranch
