Came to drive through ordered 2 meals. The employees repeated my order. At the window both the employee and the manager act like I only ordered 1 meal. I asked where the other order was then they refused to take order. They shut the window then they locked window without placing my order. Both were very rude. They yell a racial word to me. I felt very violated and scared
Standard Zaxby fare. We got the Cobb salad with grilled chicken. Very good. We got it at the drive-through and they got the order right : )

The staff is unbelievably rude and ill trained. This location is constantly out of supplies and refuses to accommodate you in any other way. Asked for wimpy sauce and was told that they couldn't do any of the sauces because they were out of the small condiment cups, when I suggested the same amount of sauce placed into a Cole slaw cup instead I was told no, with no consideration or explanation.This location will close early with no rhyme or reason as well. I understand being short staffed, but its not hard to make sure the staff you do have has an inkling of what customer service is.

Probably the worst Zaxby's I've ever been to. Constantly out of supplies and closing early (even before 2020).Once you are in their drive-thru, you're trapped. It is blocked off and I've had the pleasant interaction of an employee telling me there was a 30 minute wait for food and asked if I wanted to wait. What am I gonna do, jump the curb, wreck into other cars and leave?I keep having bad experiences here and kept putting off a review cause it's Zaxby's, you know what you're getting. Trust me this one is worst than normal

I hope they get it together, but I don’t have high hopes. Mobile app order instructed to pick order up inside, but wait!; the lobby is closed. Even though the food was packed and ready, I was told to wait in the drive-thru line, which took an additional 20 minutes. Obviously, the food sucked after waiting that long.
