Update: I just checked the replacement order it was missing fries. I went back to get the remainder of my order. Will came to the window again & my husband told him we were missing fries. He's said, "No, we can't do that." I asked for the manager again. She came over & was not as nice this time, and seemed irritated. I told her my previous order was the meal that included the fries & drink (when I had asked for the drink a few minutes before she acted like she was doing me a favor by giving me the drink.) She did give us the fries, but not nicely. I asked for the corporate number and she practically threw a receipt from the register at my husband and said it's on the receipt.*****************************************************Previously I went through the drive through and my order was wrong. I called & the manager said she'd replace my meal the next time I came & said she'd write my name down. I just went through drive-through to have my meal replaced & the person at the window, Will, was rude and disrespectful. The female manager who ended up taking care of my order was much better.I have been through the drive-through previously recently a different time due to an incorrect order, and the guy at the drive-through speaker wasn't friendly. No apologies. When I got to the window, the man that took care of the correction was incredibly nice & noticed the drive through person didn't apologize for the mistake, so he made sure to apologize.
I would like to know why the manager at this location would require MOBILE order customers to come inside to pick up the order? It's already paid for! I literally did NOTHING except stand there and wait for a long time to get the order I placed 20 minutes prior. Doesn't that defeat the whole *(^*(^* purpose of mobile ordering? I had surgery 4 days ago...if I felt like walking inside, I'd have done that to begin with!
Normally I get great service at this Wendy’s but tonight was not the night. I ordered my 3yr old 6ct nugget and a medium fry with a free 4ct nugget. I placed a mobile order and went through drive-thru since the dining room was closing soon. When I pulled up to drive-thru the guy politely suggested I could come inside to receive my order faster so naturally of course that’s what I do. I walk inside and no one was at the front like I expected since the dinning room was closing soon. Didn’t wait long for service or my sons food but once I got my food the girl walks off to the back not saying anything. I check my food like always and I see that half my 6ct nuggets and fries are at the bottom of the bag like she just threw the food in there and I was missing sauce. So I tried to get one of the other employees attention but nothing. I had to aggressively say “EXCUSE ME!” 3 times before I could get either one of the other employees attention to just get the sauce my son wanted. So a transaction that should’ve have only taken 3-5mins tops since it was a mobile order, took 10mins unnecessarily. Hopefully it was just a fluke since this was the first bad experience I’ve had at this location but according to all the over reviews it might not be.
This was bad experience with Wendy's. Their app should not be used. It claimed I would get a discount if I used the app but instead I paid over $10.00 for a single, fries and drink. When I asked the manager to help out, she said the app was terrible but did nothing to correct me being over charged. I will never use their app and may not go back to Wendy's.
Friendly & clean. Food was excellent. Drive they needs to just pay closer attention to details — like making sure there are straws for drinks :) otherwise I’d say 5 stars!
Wendy’s served food that was cold and obviously had been sitting in the bin for a while.They don’t care about customer service.
I called around 4:30 and a girl named Ryan picked up the phone she had a really bad attitude the entire time this is not the first time this person has had a bad attitude toward me since I have been there….. I will not be going back there again

Love the burgers and baked potatoes. The salads are pretty good too. I will say their sausage, egg and cheese biscuit is infinitely better than Bojangles across the street.
This Wendy's gets worse and worse. I ordered a baconator and got a burger with four small burnt patties instead of the two it's supposed to have. Every time I get a burger here or fries, it is excessively salted and most of the time the burger is burnt. I don't know why this place is this way but if you dare say anything to the staff, they retaliate. Wendy's typically is our favorite burger place especially in comparison to what's around but we'll have to drive to a different location because the attitude of the staff here is horrible and scary. They are definitely the type who would do something to your food if they don't like you in
