Can I rate this place a zero for customer service they are extremely rude. It was to early for hamburgers? when I asked and the woman spoke to me horribly and gave me the exact time and said what do you think lol ? ridiculous it was a question some people have hamburgers earlier she is a manager up there as well so there's no changing that I guess I spoke to another manager and she was just standing in the back laughing.... He said that it was to early and she said it was ok for her to speak like that..

Just went to Wendy’s a week ago and was able to use Apple Pay and Samsung pay and when my friend asked they said they didn’t we didn’t bring cash bc we just went to the water park and the person working there got the manager as he was walking away he say this woman insane then gets the manager even tho we were asking politely ended up getting Zaxbys bad service

The food is the same as any other location. This one stands out because of the employees. I stop here every morning they know my order before I even arrive and are always so friendly!!

Ordered a Frosty and an oatmeal bar. The oatmeal bar was 4 stars (if it wasn't so expensive it could have been 5). The frosty was tasty, but only about 3/4 full.

I just waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes for two 4 for 4s I couldn't leave because I already paid terrible service employees hanging out in the front of the building

After waiting at the drive through line for 15 minutes, I ended up getting to McDonald’s. The employee on the intercom taking the order barely understand what I am saying repeat the order multiple times and way before that, I remember getting my food the wrong way when I came home. I call the store to let know what is happening and the manager was very rude and unprofessional the way he was speaking. If I want or my family wants Wendy’s, we go somewhere else not this restaurant at this location ever again.

Whoever works the drive-thru is the helmet wearing type. Can’t get an order right, can’t understand what he says and he probably can’t read. Get someone else!

The last few times we've been here the Frosty's we're very runny. Most Frosty's at other locations are super thick and cold.

Food took a while to prepare but the place was clean and the staff was friendly
