Manager here is repugnant jerk. Random closing, no signage, and he will actually watch a client walk all the way to the door to find it locked and not even acknowledge them. 24 hr restaurant that may or may not be open. All other staff, when at work are amazing. After years of patronage, really considering never darkening the door again.
Nicole is my favorite server at the waffle house in Hickory Flat. She treats me with at most respect. She always makes excellent food, she is kind, respectful, and hard working. She is the best worker I have ever seen in Waffle House.
Food was good,service was slow. But they were short staffed.
This Waffle House is the horribly managed. I tried to get take out on a Tuesday evening around 7pm and was informed (after having to physically go there - no online or call in accepted here) that they were "closed" until 9pm to wash dishes. Today on a Sunday afternoon at 2pm....they had over half the restaurant seating closed off. No explanation why? But couldnt seat 5 people unless we were willing to wait 30 minutes. Dont bother going or ordering from here, apparently ANYTIME. Step your game up or shut the doors Waffle House Holly Springs!
I was alone for Thanksgiving and went to this Waffle House and I had a great meal! The people were very friendly and so helpful! I am a disabled senior and I didn’t feel alone. The pecan waffle was full of pecans and very tasty! The restaurant was very clean as well.
Waffle House is always great… because they do greasy spoon food like nobody else. Friendly team, tasty breakfasts, what’s not to love?
This has been my favorite waffle house for the past 10 years however it has gone from a five star breakfast destination 0 star breakfast destination. Location is filthy the staff is rude and at the end of the day they don’t really care if you come back or not. If I were you I go to a different waffle house. By the way this has nothing to do with Covid it’s just poorly run.
When we first got there, we were told it was to go orders only. But the third shift showed up right as we were walking out and told my daughter and I that we could dine in, so we stayed and had a terrific meal. Thank you!!!
Amazing staff. Even while slammed they still got our order perfect and in a timely manner. Love this place and would totally come again.
Good food. Consistent.
