Terrible. Had items shown as available on grubhub that were not available. All parties were fed except the buyer. Me. When I called, no offers were given on how to resolve. They simply cancelled my portion of the order with no other communication. If you want to actually be fed when you make an order don’t order from here.
2 orders of masaman curry with MANY remnants of star anise (which is POISONOUS IF DIGESTED) left in the dishes. Left such a flavor of black licorice, dish was almost inedible. 1 order of Mongolian tofu looked like it contained a whole chopped onion & no other vegetables. Used to be our favorite- no more.
I went on Monday 04/04/2022 to pick up a phone in order. When I signed the credit card receipt, my total was $41.00 . As I got my phone verification, I noticed the server that rang me up added an additional $8.00 tip to the receipt after I left. I'm not worried about the $8.00, My issue is integrity. If they are willing to steal money. I'm sure they wouldn't have an issue picking up food that fell on the floor and adding it back to your plate. Consider yourself warned.
Tangerine Beef was fantastic with great service and wife's curry was very tasty as well
It had one of the best pad Thai, but lately they have changed the sauce and now the dish is more soupy. Please bring back the regular sauce.
Ordered the bulgogi which states it comes with rice and kimchi online. Get home with no rice and kimchi. Paid $21 for a small bowl of beef. Called up to question where the rice and kimchi are, person was unapologetic and stated we should have asked for it. Clearly wrong as it states on the menu "COMES WITH RICE AND KIMCHI"! Will not be returning. Horrible customer service and small portions for price.
After our Thai restaurant closed last year in canton, we tried Volcano House and were impressed. We found a new Christmas Eve go to. Very sweet owner and very good food.
Horrible food! We ordered from them twice and both times the food was below par. I ordered the crispy honey chicken, the chicken was soggy and drowned in honey. I’ve never had sweet and sour soup with brown broth and some mystery ingredients. Never again.
Very disappointed with their food. Ordered General Tso's chicken and it was bland and tough. Portion sizes are also small for the price. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Worst service. I have had bad service twice.
