Finally got around to seeing what all the commotion was about, and let me tell ya, they live up to the hype! Outstanding pies, and super nice owners! The garlic knots were amazing, and the Margherita pizza was outstanding. She even through in a cannoli gratis, which was fantastic. The sauce, dough, quality meats, fresh mozz, and well done bake (my favorite) all adds up to a complete package. Great job, Prince & Crew! ???
Amazing experience! We were greeted like friends and served delicious pizza. We even enjoyed a family game if UNO while we waited. Definitely give Pizza Prince a try!!
The Margarita Pizza was pretty good! My wife loved the crust because it was crunchy (I prefer it softer however).The spinach salad was really good as well! Customer service was wonderful! Enjoyed it very much!
The Pizza Prince just transported me back to my childhood in New Jersey! Great pizza, great garlic knots, and GREAT service! If you haven't checked them out, do so soon!
This was the best food from a pizzeria we’ve ever had! The calzones were amazing and our Margherita pizza was cooked perfectly. Do yourself a favor and get some garlic knots, they are better than any high end Italian restaurant. The staff was so friendly even with how busy they were. You can tell they genuinely care about their business, customers, and food they prepare. Don’t let the negative reviews deter you, this is true NY style thin crust pizza done right in the south.
Our first Doordash order here after hearing for a long time how great it is. Reality did not meet expectations. Sauce was a bit salty. For us, that's saying a lot. Also, crust was overdone and chewy.The good note was the Greek salad.After his reply below, I have the desire to respond. Not everyone is able to go out. My spouse has numerous health conditions that make those activities difficult at best.We ordered our go to pizza. We know the taste of olives. The amount of olives wasn't a fraction of what is required to make it salty. It was the sauce. Perhaps you should quit smoking so you can taste.Doordash has tracking. I followed the dasher all the way from you to me.The condescending attitude was not appropriate nor appreciated. Changing rating from 3 to 1 star.If you want to make it right, stop the excuses.Honestly, Johnny's is better pizza.
My family and I are native New Yorkers, so you can imagine how excited we were to try this place when we found out about it. I'd love to give 5 stars, however our garlic knots came BLACK on the bottom. The flavor is phenomenal, and I can imagine they're so much better when cooked properly. We ordered a 16 inch BBQ Chicken pizza and the knots. The pizza is great! Nothing to complain about there. We did order at 4:30 and were told it'd be ready by 6, which ended up being about 6:15. Kuddos to the man making all the pizzas. You have the patience of a saint to be dealing with the amount of orders and business you have taken on since opening. You guys are doing well. A little tweaking is needed, but overall very impressed! We will give it another go when you guys aren't so busy.
I've heard a lot of good things about this place so I had to see for myself. It's been 11 years since I visited Brooklyn. I felt like I was there today. It's no hype folks. This place is a shining little diamond tucked away in the North Georgia mountains in Canton. I know lots of New Yorkers left the big Apple to make a better life for their family. I know how much pizza is loved up there to. The Pizza Prince offers a slice of home for the distant travelers. Authenticity is important to them. I know, I lived there when I was a kid. There's some Italian in this Cowboy. We stopped in for lunch and had those cheesy garlic knots. Didn't last long enough to take a pic. Barely got a snapshot of the pie before it was eradicated. His wife gave us some extra pizza sauce for the knots and it was excellent! Such a nice family too. They're a great team. They're about 20 minutes from me, but they're worth the trip on Pizza night. I've had a lot of great pizza here and they fill in a need for their area. Go see them for dinner tonight and enjoy.What? Your still sitting there?
My girlfriend and I stopped here for dinner last night. We've heard so many great reviews about the Pizza Prince. It was so delicious, the garlic knots with cheese and pizza were perfect. We'll be back!
We had been very excited to finally try The Pizza Prince after seeing all the amazing reviews on Facebook for weeks. My husband attempted to order online for a future time and that was not available. He called and placed our order at 3pm and was told the earliest pickup time available was 4:45. After arrival at our designated time, he had to wait an additional 30+ minutes for our order. Once home we finally got to try our food. It was inedible. Our white pizza only tasted of burnt crust. The garlic knots were also burnt and hard as a rock. The buffalo pizza, while not burnt, was exceptionally hard and cardboard like in texture. I was unable to bite through it. The buffalo sauce had no buffalo taste, nor kick, that you think of when thinking of buffalo sauce. Our 3 year old took one bite of his cheese pizza slice and spit it on the floor. Needless to say we were very disappointed. It was a waste of money and it all went in the garbage. Photos attached for reference.
