My fiance and I are new to the area and this is the closest Subway to our home. On our first trip, we received two "toasted" subs that were freezing cold - meat was cold, bacon was rubbery, cheese wasn't anywhere close to warm, let alone melted. The employee was kind and we wrote it off as a bad day and assumed maybe the toaster was broken or malfunctioning.We went back two weeks later and figured we would give it another shot, keeping in mind to ask for our subs double toasted if needed. My fiance and I both ordered subs that needed toasted and, sure enough, they came out of the toaster unchanged. We asked the worker to put them in again and, although reluctant and obviously annoyed, he did. Even after two cycles in the toaster, we received cold subs. The cheese had just started to melt on the corners, but the bread was soft and the meat was cold. I ordered a chicken, bacon, ranch and did not receive bacon...how do you forget one of the main ingredients? Veggie station was a mess - everything mixed in together in the bins and I ended up with a bunch of random bits of veggies I did not order.We've decided we won't be giving this one a third try and will go to the one on the other side of town in Walmart.

Horrible service. Ordered an online order. Waited over 20 minutes with other people getting theirs made. Then I said can I have my online order. She said her online orders come very late. I said that I had an email of my order and demanded my order to be made. She said to leave after I paid for my online order. She said someone the day before didn't get their online order for hours. Only 1 person working there. Never going back to this Subway. I don't even want to give it 1 star!

Came in today today had 2 customers infront of me. I watched a young lady named Clarissa work at a fast pace. She was so respectful to all her customers. This store should be proud to have a employee like this representing Subway.... I own 3 restaurants and I was very impressed with her customer service. Keep up the good work Clarissa.

I visited this subway Friday morning, was very impressed the cleanliness is astonishing. My sandwich was perfect and so neat especially for the fact I get every vegetable on it. Laura went out of her way to please me and customers behind me. This will now be my regular stop sandwich shop!

We have tried to shop local but sometimes it's just not possible. We have tried several times with this location and after not getting our food last night, we are giving up. "Ready at 7:05." At 7:40 we still did not have our food and they waited on so many people ahead of us instead of getting our food ready that we just had to leave. Sadly we paid online and will most likely not get that refund since I can't get a response from management but sometimes lessons are costly.

Over charged for a sub that was discontinued but wasn't informed.

Actually heated my sandwich.

I recently visited the subway on sixes Friday afternoon May 22nd. The lady that made my order was very rude. Her body language and her short tone was not customer friendly at all. At checkout after giving me my total she walked off and turned her back to me without giving me my receipt or acknowleding my exiting the store. VERY RUDE!! I was the only customer in the the restaurant at the time. I passed many subways to come to this location in particular, only to be treated like I was an inconvience because I came to partionize this location. If you don't have the time to service customers properly and professionally you should lock your doors. There are plenty of businesses right now that would love to have my business. Losing one customer may not be a big deal, but if you don't fix it soon I wont be the only customer that you lose.

The staff are wonderful and they make great subs.
