Love this Subway. Only one in the area that I know of that has a drive-through window. Everyone that works there, that I have ever encountered, has always been very friendly, polite and very accommodating.On this particular visit the lady working the drive-through window went above and beyond. She kept double checking to make sure that she wasn’t leaving anything off of my order and then after she handed me my sandwich she asked me if I would like a cup of ice for my water. I didn’t order water but she noticed that I had a bottle of water in my car. Honestly I was almost taken aback by the fact that she noticed my bottle of water and offered me the cup of ice. She also gave me a lid and a straw. I remember when I was driving away saying to myself, “Wow! She was super nice!!!”
The second time stopping at this subway and the second bad visit. This time they tell me when I ordered a 6" chicken bacon ranch that he would have to charge me a dollar extra for the bacon because they didn't have the right chicken. Then he starts to get an attitude trying to explain how he was to charge extra for bacon. This one is a dump of subways
Seems like they’re always out of all kinds of stuff sauces cups lids the lettuce always looks brown not very fresh
It took very long to get service despite being almost empty, after waiting patiently the worker proceeds with the laziest walk and gasps and asks me "what can I do for you". He had his mask hanging on one ear like an earring. I asked can you please put your mask on, he became rude.The owner became emotionally hurt that I asked for the man making my sub to wear his mask which he did. The owner grumbled insults as I paid for my sub, the worker told me to ignore him which I did. very sickening experience. Enjoy!
Thank you for accomodating a late night customer. Mr. Set is nice, he was very accommodating and got the sandwich ready in minutes, he is careful when making the sandwich as well when taking the order. its a small thing to make but the fact that he paid attention says something more. Its a good place and nice staff, who does their job properly.
The employees here are awesome. Very kind and caring! My family and I came today and the older man who I believe who is the manager was amazing.
The subway artist LOL that waited on me needed a lot of additional training.
If you are exceptionally pretty, you get your order made first at this subway location...i must not have made the cut, because my mobile order was taking forever, but a very pretty girl came in and ordered in the store, and got her order made first
