The coffee was as bad and bitter as the person working. I will NEVER be back

Nice local spot. Convenient especially when it comes to needed a coffee while shopping.
Supposed to get free birthday item. First 2 Starbucks had no sandwiches. The 3rd one inadvertently charged my card and didn't know how to fix it.

This for the 'I'm trendy and sophisticated' crowd. Please.Have started going to the Race Trac gas & convenience store down the road. Coffee machines grind the beans. Better coffee, much better price.
Food was okay. Wait times are very long and the staff aren't that friendly. I understand you're busy but you're still getting paid to do a customer service oriented job.
It's in a grocery store so it rented the franchise name. They refused my Starbucks card & rewards for coffee & cups, which list them an $80+ sale
