The past few weeks, I've been going here every morning on my way to work, and every single time, I have had an outstanding experience!!! Even if they are busy, everybody is so friendly from the speaker (normally Kelly) to whoever is at the window! They have a very quick drive thru even if the line is long. Very thankful for the wonderful staff at this store for helping me start my mornings right!!
One of the better Starbucks in the area. I have one closer to home but the drinks are better here.
This is one of the best Starbucks I've ever been to. There is hardly ever a wait time which is surprising because they are always so busy. They are accurate with their orders and always so friendly. Their online order taking is always open and my orders have always been ready on time. I go here often and they are consistent.
Only gave a 4 because I wanted raspberry in my white chocolate mocha and was told you didn't have the syrup, what a let down. Maybe next time I visit Georgia.
Consistently out of most foods and milks, expect to be able to get a black coffee and a cake pop as the only things that are usually not completely out of stock.
Made the best iced chestnut praline latte ever !! Usually don't like Starbucks but was surprisingly pleased and the order was ready as soon as I pulled up to the window.
Service is always quick and staff always more than friendly! I recommend!
The wait isn't long when you pick up inside, no issues 80% of the time. The 20% is mostly a bland or [email protected] drink. Especially when the wrong person makes your drink. They should NOT shake the Shaken Espresso, leave it to the customer.
Extra hot grande caramel macchiato made with almond milk is what I ordered but I received a regular coffee with regular milk. It cost me $6.31.
Went through the drive thru 10:15am, friendly girl at the window, repeated my order back correctly. Got my drink and left. Took a sip and it was wrong. I had to go back, this time I went in....no one said hello, how may I help you, etc for about 5 min of me standing there cup in hand. Finally an older lady who is the only one who had her back to me since she was warming food noticed me and asked if I'd been helped. I told her how my drink was supposed to be made and she said no problem we'll get it fixed for you. After watching the other younger females churn out drinks for the drive thru, after 5 cars pass through I saw only cold drinks were being worked on at the time and no one was making my remake.....I asked the older lady if anyone was making mine as it seemed the other girls could care less about anything but the drive thru. I finally got my remake 12 minutes after originally ordering....and it wasn't right either. I won't be back to this location.
