I really love this location. Each time I’ve come in, I always get greeted with a “good morning!” I don’t usually come in at night, but the morning crew is always so nice! My coffee is always made well and I consistently see baristas making my drinks. Stirring them and making sure the heavy syrup in the bottom is distributed well. I appreciate this location! Thanks Starbucks on Riverstone! Will definitely keep coming back.
This is more of a ZERO star place and it’s consistently been that for almost 2 years now! It’s unfortunate because it’s conveniently located near my house but after the many chances I’ve given it I will strictly be driving past it to the Canton Marketplace store - which is AMAZING! Riverstone employees are unfriendly and are always annoyed when you ask for something. My coffee is terrible 99% of the time. Please don’t waste your money here, drive to exit 19 and get your money’s worth!
This is the WORST Starbucks location ever! They consistently get my order wrong and most times aren’t friendly. Rarely does someone say good morning or have a great day. Yes there are some 4-5 star reviews but if you read…there are so many people that complain of the same issue I have…the order is WRONG. It’s ridiculous to pay what you pay for coffee and it not even be right. And then when you ask for it to be corrected, it’s a big deal and have even had a female employee roll her eyes at me. I don’t know why they don’t get their stuff together. Completely POOR management. Pretty sad.
Everyone is really nice. This location is right by my house and they have wonderful service.
My mocha cappuccino was delicious it's just no matter when I go to this location there is always a way so pack your patience LOL
Drink order was wrong. The store was so dirty; trash was overflowing, syrups all over the glass, etc. Not a lot of seating and there isn't a drive thru.
Worst experience at any Starbucks. Whoever was supposed to be shift leader was rude and didn't know what she was doing. Not customer friendly. Definitely writing in to corporate!
Only reason not five is I can only afford to get my latte I love is when I get a gift card.I'm sorry but $6.00 A CUPIS OUTRAGEOUS.

Third time visiting this location and it was closed randomly early (130pm) on a weds. Not dependable to be open consistently.
