Coffee is in the name, had to wait 10 minutes for a new pot to be made. Last time going there.
Ordered coffee and a pastry waited a long time only to find out the order was sitting at the counter and none told me. They were too busy chatting amongst themselves. Customer service was not a priority

Ordered in the app to pick up at drive-thru, much faster, order was paid nothing left to do but pick up.My order was Bacon Gruyere Bites, I try to stay low carb or keto friendly so this was a good choice for it.
The young man working this afternoon gave me a great drink recommendation and didn't seem annoyed at all at the fact that I didn't know what I wanted! I love the drink and he was very kind to help me pick something. The only reason I am doing 4 stars instead of 5 is Courtney making my drink was picking at her face and her nose rings right in front of me while touching and making my drink which is not appetizing.
