Just had a FANTASTIC experience ordering a family meal to-go from Shane's Rib Shack Holly Springs. Emmanuel, the Holly Springs manager, was phenomenal in walking me through the order on the phone as well as confirming the order and price on the phone so I was prepared before I arrived to pick up my order.Upon arrival Emmanuel was the one to check me out at the register and he was warm and friendly the entire time. My order was correct and was ready on time.As a working mother, with a husband that works late, this was such a nice retreat from cooking at home and the experience was made even better by exceptional customer service.The food was really good and was a fair price.I will gladly forgo going to the more expensive BBQ joint 2 miles from my home to drive an extra 15 minutes for consistent food and service.Thank you!
Shane’s was a new place to us so we thought we would try it out. The bbq pulled sand which was good but I had gotten a 10 piece wing and when we got home and opened the box I laughed. I had 3 wings about the size of a miniature carrot stick and meat as Large as a quarter.

We come here quite often. We have always enjoyed the food. Unfortunately the last couple times I have visited we have had terrible service and wait a very long time on food. I understand you may be short staffed but tonight I waited extremely long time for 10 wings a grilled cheese and a cheeseburger and a barbecue chopped chicken to go. There wasn’t that many people in the dining area. I ordered it all at the same time and notified that the barbecue chicken chop was to go. We waited 30 or more minutes for food when the food arrived to the table it was cold even the wings. You must have changed your wing distributor because these were the smallest wings I have ever seen. We ate our food and still no to go order arrived I asked about it after we finished our food and we waited another 15 minutes for the order I placed with the original food. I didn’t even get a “sorry for your wait “ or anything. I was very polite when asking about my order. Very disappointed and I won’t be back because of I I felt when I walked out that door.
Busy and popular spot for family dining. Clean and friendly customer service and the food comes to your table quick and hot!? Ribs are thick but tender and the pulled pork and chicken sandwiches are a delightful mouthwatering full tummy size. And of course, you'll want to slather on their proprietary Shanes Barbeque or take some home, for a switch up on your grill. BEST Peach Cobbler around... ALMOST a nice 2nd place to my own!☀️
Ribs good enough to make you want to slap your mama, although I wouldn't recommend that ?Ella and her team mates did a fantabulous job. We'll be back, sho-nuff.
First time ordering from Shane's and so we ordered a few sampler plates to get a wide variety.Collards were good as were the chicken tenders. Ribs were a joke .... maybe a bad night, but you'd think the ribs from a "ribs shack" would be the best item, but sadly not the case... one plate with 3 ribs, there was literally zero meat on two of the three ribs. Good sauces. May give Shane's another try, but for $67 we weren't impressed
Used to love it!! The last 2 times we've been there, my wife's bbq chicken has been ice cold.
$+ Reasonably priced BBQ in a relaxed atmosphere. The ribs were excellent as well as the pulled pork. Portions were more than we could eat at one sitting and their iced tea is very good as well.This is a recommended BBQ Joint!If my review helps you in any way please give me a thumbs up. Thanks.
This is my 1st review & I have no complaints about this restaurant. I was impressed with the employee who took our order. He (Rashad) went out of his way to satisfy my wife who was upset that you no longer have Brunswick stew. He also sold us much more than we intended on ordering, but we loved it! He even opened the door for us! The food was AMAZING & we had leftovers. We will definitely be back in & hope that he will take care of us again!
