I ordered pickup here and I arrived 10 minutes earlier than I thought I would. When I called to let them know I was there (I was, of course, willing to wait until the scheduled pick-up time), the guy who answered the phone literally yelled at me for being too early. The food was mediocre at best and way overpriced. I can't see this place lasting for very long.
This restaurant has super friendly employees, they've never made a mistake with food, delivery or in person. The food is consistently delicious with very reasonable prices. I highly recommend giving RICE a try!
Not great. Went with the significant other and we were the only ones there on a Friday night. When our waters were brought out, my class was not clean - fingerprints everywhere and foggy looking. Before we received our food, what looked like a baby German cockroach scurried across our table. Tried not to freak out and decided to give the food a chance. I didn't see any vegetarian sushi so I asked the waiter if he can perhaps make a veggie sushi roll. He came out with a mediocre sushi roll with avocado and cucumber, and then charged me $8 for a California roll. I got the Kung Pao tofu which was decent, and the boyfriend got sweet and sour chicken which he said was horrible. $35 for those three items just seems too overpriced for the quality and experience. Won't be going back.
This was our first time ordering from this Rice, and our food was good. However, we did not receive any sauces, and one of the containers was not sealed correctly so we had liquid spilled all in the bag and covering containers- it was a mess!
Best Asian or Chinese food in Canton! Yes this is not the cheapest place that you can go to but we use doordash to pick up our order and it was done in 20 minutes and was yummy and fantastic!
3rd and last time ordering from this place…. 1st time was great good food and wait time for delivery…. The last 2 times not so much…. 2nd time Waited 2 1/2 for them to show up with 1/2 my order and was stone cold….. 3rd time waited an hour and 1/2 for delivery had to call in to check the status to be told that it was left on the front door(no door bell no knocking no nothin) do your self a favor and find a differnt place
It’s upsetting that canton doesn’t have any good Chinese restaurants. We’ve ordered here a couple times but after today we won’t again. I had to throw away sushi I ordered because it had a bad taste and the rice was crumbling off the roll, to the point it was no longer even a roll
DONT GO HERE!!!Look at my reviews, I only typically give great reviews, or not at all. But this was a just lazy (not a mistake) horrible food quality. Ordered 4 Pork Fried Rice, and charged for 4..got 2. OK maybe a mistake there, but then we open the Fried Rice and it's white rice with soy sauce barely mixed in. No veggies, no pork no egg..NOTHING!
Full of flavor cant complain on that one. But when I order 70$ worth of food and dont get everything I ordered thats not a good start. When I heard my total I went back to see what I ordered and I was charged almost 2$ more on each of the meals and an extra dollar because i asked for no veggies with the noodles. when I called and asked about the price difference I was told "the menus that went out the other day are old and the prices changed". I get it I really do but can you start with that next time? What we received was really good and as long as we get all of our food we will be ordering next time
We've been ordering since the start of COVID, and they've not messed our order up once. Once we arrive to pick up the meal, it's always hot and ready when promised. The people who work there are very kind and polite to us. We order the same thing every time, and it's consistent, which we love. We go out of our way and past several other Asian restaurants to order from here. Would recommend.
