I tried out this restaurant when it first opened. The chicken was over-fried and dry. I never saw any point in going back.
I am gonna reach out an say that my order tonight was spot on and still hot by the time I got it from Door Dash who even made a previous stop before mine. I don't know what went on months ago but I had not had Popeyes in a long time and tonight hit the spot. Thanks Riverstone location, keep up the hard work!
I love Popeyes and been to this location several times. Service is the worst ever. Waited in drive thru 30 minutes and as I pulled up the cook was sitting on the front counter with headphones on playing on his phone. Lady working the drive through looked stoned and food was cold. Fire the scummy employees and get people that actually want to work.
Wow! Went there yesterday because I had memories that Popeye's had some of the best chicken. NOT!!! Lots wrong. Biggest thing was my total was $8.89 for a Chicken sandwich combo. The sign clearly stated $6.99. Knowing tax was not $1.90, I asked why so high. Was told that the cash registers had been updated with new pricing BUT the sign was not. I let the person know that that could be and probably is FALSE Advertising and it would behoove this location to sell the product for what the stated price is. He said he had no control over what the cash register rang up and that the General Manager was the ONLY person with the ability to change the sign or override what was charged. He then advised the Gen Mgr, quit the day before and was the 4th Gen Mgr they had in the past two months. I paid the higher bill....it was not the poor mans fault who was helping me. Too bad this type thing is allowed to happen. I used the bathroom and they were out of soap, had two containers but neither dispensed and no paper towels. Wonder what the employees used. Tables not cleaned and drink lids all over the place. Chicken sandwich was OK at best, fries cold. Other than that...everything was great. A concerned for this franchise individual.
What even is the point of this building standing? EVERYTIME i decide to give this place another chance they always disappoint!! They don't ever have anything advertised on their menu, none the less CHICKEN. HOW ARE YOU A POPEYES WITH NO CHICKEN? Just close this place down and make it a gas station or someplace that people can actually be satisfied with.
Let me just say. This current staff as of feb 2020 is amazing they really care and really try despite Late truck delivery and whatever else they get handed. Great food too. But the staff really makes this.location a great one.
The food is great but both times I've been there has only been 1 person working and the last time my food was not that warm. Probably just understaffed, but would give 5 stars for fresher food
I live right by this Popeyes so I really wanted to love it as I usually love Popeyes. I have given it several chances but am sadly disappointed every time. My order is usually messed up and the food always tastes like it’s been out for hours. On one visit, the cashier asked for my number awkwardly as I waited for my order to be ready at the window…. In their defense they do seem to be short staffed. Regardless, I recommend going to another location
Food is so good I have given this location 8-10 tries so far but during all but one they were out of food, got orders wrong, or had their credit card machine down. And all of the times it was slow even when there were just just 1-2 cars ahead of me.In summary the worst Popeyes I have been to so far.
Where is the chicken! Messed up half the order we paided for a extra breast didn’t even get that! And half the food was cold!
