The app was easy to use and I had my order ready when I got there the service was wonderful as well. just good ppl who are willing to make sure you get what you want. friendly and helpful all the way around.
You get transferred out of country when you call and have to talk to someone who can't even understand you. Then when your order inevitably is wrong you can't get the actual store to pick up to to fix it. I sat on the phone for 30 minutes with someone who couldn't understand me, they placed the order at the wrong store, then tried to transfer me to that stores phone but they never answered.
The food is always hot and comes out the same every time. I love that the guy there has a great sense if humor. He made my husband laugh and that's not very easy to do. They're always, always consistent with our meals.
Pizza is always ready, always hot, just as we ordered, friendly service
You know what? In the middle of a country wide employee shortage, they are still doing the best they can. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Yes, they may not have mentioned how long it takes for a pizza delivery, but I am understanding because we are in a different world right now. I appreciate how nice everyone was, even thought very busy and stressed. Good job guys.On another note, management please look at your merchant processor. Every time I have tried to pay on my visits or over the phone your machine has had issues. That's just a frustrating side note, but that's not your fault.

Well, my delivery took over an hour to get. It was cold when it arrived. When I called the store they said sent out wrong order and called driver back. No hey this order is on us since we messed up. Nothing.
Getting the pizza delivered faster than the hour and 50 minutes that it took this evening would help. That might solve the problem of cold, spongy, inedible pizza and bread sticks.
Pizza was hot and delicious and just as ordered. Pizza Hut is the best of all!
The food was great, it arrived quickly and the young man who delivered our pizza was very nice..he was polite and friendly.
