Order date was 6/25/22 Called my order in spoke with Austin who was Amazing super friendly, kind and courteous. Took time to go over menu and pricing to help me make the best decision for my budget. When I mentioned why I was being so specific (one pie was for my 87 yr old father) he actually threw in a extra perk for such a special guest food was ready when picked up and what we came up with was actually pretty good. I'll return for the customer service alone.

This is by far, the most cleanest Pizza Hut I have ever seen in my entire life.the Food came really quick and was hot just like the commercials on TV insist they are. The customer service was great. I was greeted by Austin, as soon as I came in. I asked what is the best crust to get on the pizza and he delivered. This pizza is really good. He told me about the deals they have on the app and now I have the Pizza Hut app. I'm glad I stopped by. I will be eating here probably every week now. Very great iconic experience.

Never had problems with this store until a few weeks ago. This is the second order of pizza and breadsticks we have received almost raw in the past 2 weeks. Tried to call and speak to the manager and was put on hold until I finally gave up. If you order from here you apparently need to specify to have your food thoroughly cooked. We put it back in the oven it was so undercooked.

Not impressed with this location. The pizza was 30 minutes late and both pizzas were way over cooked and when I called they put me on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up and left this review. It’s crazy to me to think they let their pizzas leave like this and do not try to make it right. Papa johns does a much better job with pizza and customer service.

Ordered 3 medium pizzas for carry out. Got home and the pizzas tasted like either the cheese was sour or they used too much cooking spray. I went back to get my money back. The manager on duty said they don’t give refunds. He instead offered a $20 credit. I told him this was not satisfactory. He said sorry but that’s all he could do. I called the corporate number to get a refund. Not really a corporate number but was a call outsourced in India or some other foreign country. Was told I would be contacted within 3 business days. We shall see. Thing that sucks is Pizza Hut is my favorite but I guess I’ll have to make a new favorite and order from Marco’s

On 4/5/22, ordered on line about 5:00PM, chose 6:00PM for delivery (earliest option given). Pizza showed up at 6:30PM, warm not hot, with zero apology or explanation from driver. Also no text, call or email from anyone letting us know it would be late. I've had bad experiences with this location before over the years, and I'm done.

Placed an order for delivery. Waited 1 hour after pick up and never received order. Called 4 times and could not reach anyone. Disputing transaction once it clears my account. Would not recommend. Ended up going to pick up food. Manager was apologetic and very nice. Wasn’t sure what happened.

Pizza was fresh and got what I ordered. It was ready when it was supposed to be, ordering was through the service which I normally don't like because of understanding the person and getting the order right. I did have to stand inside a little bit before someone came in to help me though and it was young people that was outside.

I use to hate coming here do to prior management. Now I come multiple times a week one because I love the pizza and two do to new management. Austin is an amazing and genuine, kind and professional individual that is now running this store. He has become a great friend do to me ordering multiple times a week. His smiling face brightens up my day. Thank you pizza hut for finding an amazing individual who accomplishes tasks and makes my pizza perfect.

I understand it’s the super bowl…. I called in bc the app/website would not work (I had payment info in) this took about 15 minutes bc I had to order and put in all of my card info…. Then I called, a lady answered and put me on hold for 20 MINUTES- I hung up. Downloaded the app and the app didn’t work. (Another 15 minutes putting in all my info and ordering) total time wasted 50 minutes give or take. ?
