Told about an hour for delivery but it took a little over 80 minutes. Pizza had clearly sat under a heat lamp for most of that time. It arrived to us cold. I'm editing because manager did refund us the pizza price.
Was told 25 mins for pickup order and when I got there after waiting the 25 miss they hadn't even started the pizza yet. When I got pizza it barely had toppings on it and crust wasn't done.
Always easy pick up and always free extra garlic sauce.

We love Papa John's Pizza, but if we order we have to drive to get it. We live exactly 3.5 miles and they don't deliver in our area...I just don't get it.?
