I usually LOVE Papa John's, it's my go-to pizza place. However tonight you guys have lost me. I ordered a pizza and waited over an hour, and the wait time said 39-45min. After 50 min I tracked the guy. Still 20 min away. I then called the store and told them. Instead of saying sorry and giving me a pizza or coupon, they said "I will tell the driver to turn around, have a nice night". Have a nice night? You have officially lost a long-time customer over customer service. Your pizza is delicious but not worth putting up with rude workers.

So I’ve been ordering from this location for years and I’m very disappointed! I ordered a papadia with chicken and Alfredo sauce and was brought one with chicken and spicy buffalo sauce (which I can’t eat). So I called and told them what happened and was told I could have a credit for a free one. So I asked if they could just send me the correct one. I was told that the cook would not remake my food because he did it right the first time. I even offered to send a picture or send this one back, but he said he wasn’t remaking it. Terrible customer service and extremely rude. I’ve had things made wrong before at other places and never been treated this way.
Would give a zero if I could. Have had problems on two separate occasions. Most recently I waited for 2 hours for an order and they delivered it to the wrong house. We had to call and speak with a manager who had to send someone from the restaurant.They finally delivered the pizza but forgot the drink. So we ate pizza and the drink delivered after we finished. We were told they were going to refund the order but they were happy to keep my money...never saw a refund. We are not using this Papa John's anymore.
Made my order online and delivered was quick and pizza was hot & delicious. I am very impressed for the good service as well. Definitely I will be ordering again soon.
Just want to say that the young lady behind the counter was extremely helpful and the fact that I was sitting in my car outside and she called me on the phone and told me my pizza was ready that's above and beyond she was very polite friendly energetic. The pizza was good I had a meat lovers everything was good if I had any complaint at all it just wasn't cut all the way through so you tore it in order to eat it but other than that it was perfect it was my first Papa John's Pizza I will be heading back I do recommend the place here in Canton. Enough said
Ordered pizza at 4:30pm for delivery by 6:30pm....it is 7:00pm and pizza still isn't here....hope pizza isn't cold once it gets here....another review coming soon.
Fast and good pizza
Had a 25 minute wait for a pickup order that turned into over an hour wait. Meanwhile their delivery drivers where delivering left and right.
Slow service rude staff and charged more to my debit card then the order cost
