This sandwich is mostly bread, which is the only thing you taste. The Bacon, egg n cheese is not my usual, due to the Souffles always being sold out. This location can no longer use short staffed as an excuse. Months ago I sent 3 ppl to apply there and only one was offered the job, which was a teen. So they pick and choose for sure. I know it gets busy, but when I went today I noticed a pile of dirty dishes at the trash. At that time, nobody was busy, the person at the counter was pacing back and forth. My sandwich was just warm?. All this changed my decision to return again.
The food here is so fresh and delicious. I wish the chicken was warmed up that they use on some sandwiches but it's still good. Their sourdough bread so is good. There is a nice variety of selections to choose from so I can get something different just about every time. One of their breads has a bit too much salt baked into it for my own personal taste but that is obviously subjective to your taste buds. ? the soup is always served hot, and their fresh selection of drinks is very refreshing. I love going here.
Stay away!! The worst food we have ever had from a restaurant, we had their so called "New" Chicken sandwiches, don't bother unless you like barely reheated frozen food. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. We will never return here, and I highly recommend no one ever go there.They offered to refund us, but we rejected it because we wanted for them to get the message how bad the food is, it is really bad, we weren't complaining to get our money back. Would give ZERO stars if I could. STAY AWAY!!
I hate providing poor reviews but our experience felt like I was on a hidden camera show- the line was log. When we entered, and that should have been a red flag. We ordered a broccoli cheese soup and an Asian salad. Fast forward an hour later- no food. I asked the kitchen what was up, they blew me off saying online orders came in. 15 minutes later we got our food. I had to ask the manager, who was in a corner versus in the kitchen leading the group, what the problem was because my soup was cold and clumpy. You’d think waiting 75 minutes, that soup would have been exceptionally hot and fresh. Nope, cold and clumpy. He said online orders came in. I do not blame the team, I blame poor leadership to allow a well oiled machine like Panera to derail and cause such a backup on a Sunday afternoon. We had to ask for refund and left. No soup for me!
When this location first opened it was fantastic! In the last year it has gotten worse and worse. I understand an employee shortage, but you can only run on that excuse for so long. The last 8-10 times we have visited this location we have had extreme waits (sometimes as long as 30-45 minutes, even for to-go.) and poor quality food. The drive thru is consistently closed. I can’t help but to think it’s a management problem. I don’t remember the last time we dined in and there wasn’t a crowed of people waiting for their food and complaining about the wait/service. The staff is usually very friendly, but lately it’s just been excuse after excuse. My family used to frequent this location 2-3 times a week. Sadly, we now avoid it.
Use to go to Panera's in Virginia, Woodstock and now ole town Canton.All but Canton were very good. Canton wasn't good. Service is friendly. Won't be going back due to the price increases. Would rather go to a restaurant for the price and quality.
Food was delicious, but we waited 50 minutes to get a salad (they only gave us a half even though we ordered a full), a soup bowl, & a grilled cheese this afternoon.
Me and my friends decided to go to Panera before going to see a movie. The inside was closed, so decided to do online curbside pickup. The app told me that the order would be ready in 5-10 minutes. We waited for 20 minutes before going though the line instead. When we got through the line up to the window, it took them 15 more minutes to get the food to us. The absolutely worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant.
It is a rainy day and I was just craving a simple bowl of soup. My wife and daughter came with. Thats when my daughter told me about the "grilled mc n cheese" SANDWICH!?and of course a fresh made cookie to go with lunch.My daughter, being a vegan, loves the selections of green teas and fruit drinks. I go hard core soda.lol.Busy, expediant, consistently great. We will be back.
