It doesn’t matter what time in the late afternoon or evening they never have any steamed rice and they’re almost out of everything by 730 or 8 o’clock at night. This would be a good place if they would keep up with the food and especially the steamed rice they know they run out every day but they continuously decide that they’re not gonna make enough. Continuously a disappointment
Yes this is another bad review.The other night i was going to order 2 family meal combos, and it was about 45min before close. The manager woman said there were no sides at all. Literally the woman said she could not give an extra entrée to compensate for the lack of sides. Pay same amount for family combo and get no sides? No thank you, Very unsatisfied, earning them 1 star ? ?♂️ considering she could have done the right thing and discount the combo or compensate. Hopefully they can replace the manager soon and bring this store back up to panda standards. For now i travel to woodstock or kennesaw locations.
Update: 05 02 2022 when I travel south to north or north to south through Georgia I stop at this Panda Expresses ? because of it's cleanliness and accommodating staff. This is the first time I've been able to dine in since covid restrictions started. Congratulations on your 100A Food Service Inspection ?!! The food was well presented and prepared. It's Panda Express, so you're not getting the greatest Chinese food in the world or even American Chinese,whatever, but it fills the hole and it's pretty decent overall.Quick service. Clean. Had more than enough staff on hand to do what they needed to do.
Close at nine but stop cooking at who knows what time, because if you drive up at 8:30 they are completely out of food for you. That means they’re serving leftover food that’s probably been sitting out for hours?? When do they actually stop cooking? Not to mention they were rude at the window. I understand wanting to close and go home but there’s no reason to have no food and to be rude and pretend to be closed earlier than the posted hours. Cook until closed and if you don’t want to waste food DONATE it to less fortunate.
So disappointed. I dont know what happened since the last time I got food from here. I just threw out my whole plate. Orange chicken was gummy and didn't taste like orange chicken at all and string bean chicken i recieved 1 bite of chicken which had this gummy like paste texture and the rest just green beans. The fried rice was clumpy and wet feeling with no flavor. My husbands was the same. Except his teriyaki chicken looked massacred. Such a waste of money. Wont be going back.
I personally don't eat here but my sister loves this place. Just be prepared for a very long drive thru wait
Read many negative reviews, but I enjoyed my dinner here tonight. I like that the dining room was open, better than eating in my car. The service was quick and friendly. The food portions were nice sized. The food was good, I enjoyed my meal.
Busy and popular place. Fast service! My weekly go-to especially during the Pandemic. Staff and food shortages are everywhere in the food industry. Thank you for feeding us! We love you!
Food is always great, drive through line wait time is just way too long. Longer than chick fil-a wait time.
