This is for the McDonald’s off of Hickory Flat in Canton Ga. The Closing manager Kaitlin (not 100% sure that’s her name) on Sunday night on 6/5 refused to serve me right before closing. I placed a mobile order at 10:50, arrived at 10:52 then waited where you order until 10:55 , then pulled up to the pick up window. I knew somebody was there, lights on, cars in the parking lot. At 10:58 she finally came out and said they were closed. I explained I had placed an online order and had been waiting for almost 10 min. She said she didn’t have an online order then laughed in my face. I asked who her manager was. she said “ I’m the was the manager.” I still wanted to know who her manager was. She said “Kaitlin” with this smug grin on her face. I think she told me her name. I get it! I understand it’s late and she was probably tired. However, she chose her job so she should do the job she was hired to do. Even if it’s 2 minutes before closing. She should lose her job for insubordination and just plain lazy. I’m willing to bet I’m not the 1st person she has refused to serve. I was on my way home to Alpharetta so I stopped at the one off Windward Pkwy where they stay open a little later. All the workers who work the drive through there are always polite, prompt and always have a positive attitude. I usually don’t write reviews but this girl was awful.

Not sure if customer service training is still a thing or not but these guys could use it. Went through the drive thru with my wife and she was far more pleasant than the staff she interacted with even as they were being rude as hell. I didn’t realize “Huh”, “What” and “You want something else” were the only words you could use with customers even when you forget their drinks.

Drove to this location at 10:30 pm on a friday. website says it’s open until midnight, so after 12 hours of working and only being able to stop to eat a salad around 2, ive now driven well out of my way to the only “open” mcdonald’s that’s actually not open. It would really be cool is places could start to cater to service industry workers too. If covid/labor shortage is the excuse, i get that. just please update the online hours, especially with these gas prices

Great customer service although they said they stop serving breakfast at 10:30 and the internet/mobile app said 11:00

I went there at 9:50 at night was in drive thru girl said to hold on about a minute store lights went off I asked are you ready she said go ahead started to order then she said sorry we are closed because we are short handed, I drove off and Called store male manager I told him I was going to complain and he ok thanks and hung up nice service

Half of them need to learn what a mocha is (P.s. it doesn't have caramel in it), and the other half need to realize that frying you chicken in the same fryer and the McFuckingfish is disgusting. I didn't ask for chicken, so that it would taste like burnt fish sticks.

Quick service and employee's had a smile. But the sandwiches were made a bit sloppy though.

I got a big mac which is a double patty sandwhich. I opened bun to put ketchup on it and found that I had one patty cut in half instead of two. Plus my son's quarter pounder had two top buns.
