Waited 4 minutes for 1 black coffee with no one in front of me. Service has been eroding for the last two months.

When you actually get your food it's either wrong or just thrown together with no care. The other night I drove up they took my order waited 15 min to watch all the employees clock out and leave without actually getting my food. How this place is still open is beyond me. We now just make the extra drive to the one off exit 9. I hope this place changes before a customer gets really upset and does something crazy.

This location is clean and modern. The service is good. We rarely eat fast food, so this was a pleasant surprise.

20 minutes for happy meal and 2 cheese burgers inside the restaurant!! only one other customer in restaurant.... did the kiosk, grabbed my order # card and sat down. 20 minutes later a girl slammed the order on the counter, shouted # and walked away... no customer service at all. only reason I did kiosk was because no one at counter. food was only kinda warm when we got it. plenty of employees and not very busy. just bad service and laziness. guess with these new higher wages you still get bad employees.

Horrible food and incompetent service are hallmarks of this overpriced and over-the-hill corporate dinosaur. Avoid at all costs.

I've specifically avoided McDonald's for years because of the terrible meals. Today, however, I had a hot, well-prepared meal. Currently, they appear to be understaffed so we had to use the kiosk to order. Our order was prepared quickly and delivered politely. Thank you for making me appreciate McDonald's again.

NO COUNTER ORDERS??? Kiosk only! SERVICE TERRIBLE. EMPLOYEES BAD ATTITUDES. Worst McDonald's experience I've had. Going to Burger King next time!

On Google it said they open at 5am. I went to this location at 5:30am and waited until 6am and still were not opened. On their door it says they open at 6am and they still were closed. 2 managers and a crew member saw me waiting outside and refused to unlock the door. If theyre not going to open like they say it on Google or on the door then they should change it so no one will believe its opened, show up, and waste their time for nothing, otherwise it is bad for business. Probably not going back to this location anymore.

They are absolutely the worse. I’ve been here personally and for customers while doing DoorDash. Drive thru line super long at times and they respond to take your order out of order with the two lanes. Going inside doesn’t help either they yell at their staff and treat them poorly all while customers are in the lobby. I spent almost 20 minutes in a curbside parking for a happy meal then when I requested a refund was told to call customer service. The toll-free number specifically states in the automated message that refunds are processed by the store. I just can’t! this whole location needs internal and personnel restructuring beginning with owners/management.
