The employees are the bottom of the fast food barell. Employees are s-l-o-w. Customer Service is non-existent. McDonald's Managers and Stupidvisors can't manage a store. Much of the time they look confused when you place an order. And so many more problems too many to list. As far as McDonald's itself, why do you conduct customer surveys? NOTHING EVER CHANGES! Why can't you have Chick-fil-A type of hiring best practices? My guess is because all the dumb demographics won't have jobs. In all, McDonald's doesn't care because they get cheap labor and people will still come to eat here. It's sad when an American Institution, a mainstay of our country has turned into a sh** storm of stupidity and hiring of outrageously incompetent people.

The one good note is that the lady at the front counter was very polite and took care of a discount when the app was not working.The food was acceptable for a McDonalds and they got the order correct.Now the bad. The whole place needs cleaning, renovation, and maintenance. The sink in the women's bathroom was not working. No hand sanitizer in the sanitizer fixture. Parking lot filthy. Much worse than most McDonald's I've been to.

If I could give 0 stars I most certainly would. I went to this establishment through the drive thru, no one ever acknowledged me. I drove to the window because I saw other ppl in line doing that as well. As I pulled up, the woman who was working at the window, JULIA, proceeded to tell me they were not taking drive thru orders, which I found odd because it was literally 1:30 and other people were going through the line. I walked in to place an order and I seen Julia taking drive through orders. Mind you I JUST left the window and parked and walked in. I immediately asked for a manger because I felt as though this was racially motivated seeing how I was the only person of color there at that moment. I felt as though the manger wasn’t taking the situation seriously and I had to resort to calling corporate. They then tried to offer to take my order but I refuse to spend my money at an establish where I’m racially discriminated against.

very rude employees, will hang up on you, female employee who answers is a rude smart aleck and very hateful and hang up on me twice 1st time I asked where I could buy the hic orange they sell at, 2nd time I asked for the manager got hung up on again

Went to drive through and sat for several min. No one took my order so I drove up to the windows, wait there for another min. And finally a lady comes up and says we are short staffed, she said we are open but we're not working. I get places are short staffed but just close don't have people there just telling people to leave.

I have never been treated so rudely. Don’t get me wrong I work in the fast food industry so I understand being frustrated but the way the woman who served me and my family was speaking to me was completely rude and uncalled for. We sat at the drive thru box for 10 minutes waiting to be served as they served the other lane and not us, we went inside and let them know their box wasn’t working and the older woman behind the counter began to have an attitude with me and then wouldn’t take my order. We stood there for another 20 minutes waiting and when she came back up front she proceeded to YELL at me asking why I was still here. I felt awful because the man behind me was an older gentleman wearing a veterans hat and she made him wait longer than we did. I’ve been going to this same McDonald’s for years and I’ve never been treated so poorly

Slowest McDonald's I have been in awhile. At least 10 people there and nobody can get orders out fast. Waited 15 minutes for 2 biscuit.

The service here is lacking big time. When you go through drive thru be sure to check your order before leaving the window, otherwise you could wait up to 40 minutes to get the missing items. Oh and still waiting ?

Not great this time. Things tasted unseasoned and the coke was pretty flat. 2 quarter pounder meals. 16$. Not thrilled. Time to eat home made more often
