Incompetent staff. A few weeks ago, I was on my way home from work and starving bc I was unable to eat all day. I go through the drive through to pick up a quick meal. I order a Big Mac. Simple enough right? It’s only been on the menu forever. I leave and get home to eat and the Big Mac has no Big Mac sauce. How do you forget the main ingredient??I decided to give this place another go just now. Running errands with my 4 year old and he loves the nuggets. I order a crispy chicken deluxe for myself. Leave and get back on the road. Decided to park the car and have a little picnic with my kid. I open my sandwich and discover, not only is the sandwich which not a deluxe but it’s the spicy sandwich…drenched in the nasty sauce.

I ordered 6 McGiddles and 1 big breakfast at the drive thru @ 9:46 in the morning on a Sunday. Typical Sunday drive-thru. Got to the window and was asked to pull forward. No worries, I've worked in fast food and understand the drive-thru clock. 4 orders were served and went out behind me while I waited. A 5th order was asked to pull forward to the curbside parking. 16 minutes later.... my order comes out. I asked why it took 16min to make 6 mcgriddles and 1 big breakfast, the answer was we're understaffed. I asked for the managers name and a card. He said his/her name was Kelly. Neither Kelly nor the delivery guy came out after waiting an additional 5 minutes. I could say a lot about the need for training, management, and customer experience... but I'm going to leaveit as YOU CAN DO BETTER!!!

We went there on 3-26-2022 @ 9:17pm on our way home from seeing my family. We waited in the line to order over 10 minutes then we got up to order it was another 5 or so minutes. They was OUT OF SWEET TEA and pickles for the chicken sandwich. We finally made it to the window the girl gave us the wrong drinks and never TOLD me the price of my order I ga r her cash she came back and told the price told it has to be the right change or credit card. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN.

Deserves a BIG ZERO.We have been in area for 4 years, and this is the worst ever place. We waited over 15 minutes just now to place an order. Only 1 car ahead of us. The guy said I'll be right with you. NOT!!!!!!We left without placing an order. I do a lot of traveling by car and that's when I usually do fast foodNever have I had this experience in VA, MD, MA, AL,TN, FL, PA, OH, NM, NC, or, SC. This particular one here at Riverstone PITIFUL! Oh, food always over cooked.Just finished with never going to see if they have improved in anyway. Don't waste your time. Go to the one in Holly Springs or the mall.

This place is unbelievable. Every time we come not only are we missing items and told that we didn’t pay for them and have to show them we did and argue to get the order. But they do not actually serve anyone in the window EVERY car gets pulled they will pull cars into all 5 pull up slots and pull 2-3 up by the front door and just waste labor running people out side to deliver the food. This had to be the worst managed place I’ve ever seen i hope This gets fixed

As a former McDonald’s employee of 2 years. I try to be understanding with wait times and staff. But this location is just terrible. In the past 2 weeks I have waited more than 30 minutes in the drive thru 2 times. Because of the barrier in the drive through you can’t leave the line even if you wanted to. The staff in the morning tends to be friendly, but the closing staff is always rude even when me as the costumer always has a smile and tries to be as nice as humanly possible. Just to top it off a customer who was waiting in front of me inside for a DoorDash order waited more than 10 minutes for the order. Nobody would come to the register to help the 3 people waiting to order. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 5 minutes to the McDonald’s on exit 19!

I've recently visited this location twice, in the past couple weeks. I haven't set foot at this location for over two years prior to these recent visits, because of poor service. I pass by five days a week to go to and from work. But it seems like things have not changed. Both times I came, the scenario was very similar. I walk in and someone is at the counter waiting to or placing an order, so I walk over to the kiosk and place my order. Both times I completed my order well ahead of the person at the counter and my number is at the top of the list, yet they complete the orders below my number before mine. On the last visit, in fact, they served two orders below mine on the list and I waited over 15 mins from the time I completed my order at the kiosk. On both visits, all I ordered were fries and a burger. So it's back to not visiting this location again.

I have twice in the past month tried to get food here using the mobile app - which had been so fast and efficient at every other location that I have tried. This one just fails miserably. Today I ordered and sat in my car for a couple of minutes to give them time. Then after standing in the lobby for 11 minutes I finally asked someone where my order was. Turns out it had been sitting in the bag for 7+ minutes but no one bothered to bring it to the takeout counter.Whoever owns this location desperately needs to bring in a new team to run it

I ordered a McDouble, and small fry. It took me 25 minutes to receive my food in the store while they continuously moved the drive thru line. When I received my food it wa an wrong and when I asked for the manager who bagged my food he sent for the other manager who appeared to be doing new hire paperwork. Hands down the worst customer service. I will never visit this location again.

It was morning time so very busy my order was correct hot and served as quickly as possible we of course went through the drive-thru. But everything was correct even down to the jelly l requested. I would recommend this Mickey D's. Enough said..
