Currently a 71 health score and the previous score was a 63? I drove off after ordering. That’s gross.
It is always something with this place! They’re slow, out of something or it’s broken. I grew up in Mableton and went to that Martin’s all the time. Somehow this Martins taste nothing like any other Martins I’ve ever been to before. Are these franchised? Maybe it’s the owner. It’s certainly poor management. I hate this location.
Line took forever, they were out of a few things. Couldn't even get a large coffee because they were out of cups. First time there, food was not good. Biscuit was okay but everything else in my order was average. The wait was way too long for the kind of food you get.
This place used to be excellent, but lately, at least in terms of service, it has declined and requires new management. Over the course of the last three weeks, I have received incorrect orders a few times, stale food, rude service, and lies, all while wasting my time and gas on being informed that "we are out of biscuits."
If I could give zero stars I would totally give that. Went on a Wednesday morning when it was slightly busy and place my order but never got a total so I pulled up to the window and received someone else’s order and was charged for that order. Come to find out that they even put in the order that I gave him the way additional time plus pay again.order a small grits and they couldn’t be bothered the even fill up the container . It look like this is the new staff but still the customer service is very poor and I had to wait additional time in line that morning. This location is one of the most unorganized and poorly run locations I’ve ever seen and I will not be going here for a long long time and I recommend others do too.Update June 2022If you like low health scores and food poisoning this place is for you
Usually always a drive-thru line & wait, but worth it I think. Their biscuits are good - flaky & buttery. They have the best sausage gravy around. The restaurant area could be kept cleaner, suffering from staff shortages according to their sign.
Every time I've been here has been a miserable experience. This time I waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes(was only the 4th car in line) after being told the dinning room was closed, even though there were people inside eating. Food was soggy and room temperature. One of the employees was constantly walking in and out of the building and the other employee that answered the window was texting constantly.
Martin is a pretty good place to stop for a biscuit sandwich or gravy or just a cup of coffee. Service is excellent food is good . The only thing I don't like about the place is it's just biscuits I'm not really a biscuit fan but for a biscuit it's probably the best. I like croissants. But good job Martin I like eating your food.
Was very disappointed with this location and the size of the biscuits. At any other location I have ate at the small biscuits are all you need but not here their smalls are minis. Other than that was good smh
Tasty, buttery homemade biscuits all day. Just what I wanted. Be sure to specify what size of biscuit you want -- they'll give you the large size by default, and those suckers are enormous.Basic breakfast biscuit flavors are great. However, the link sausage biscuit has smoked sausage, not little breakfast links.
