Great food. Love the service and everyone is so nice and helpful

We order from the app only and have never had a problem. Always really fast delivery. Every once in awhile they forget a sauce or something, but the food is usually very consistent. We also enjoy the $10 off coupon we receive every couple of orders through rewards points. I highly recommend this location. So much better than the other pizza chains.

Horrendous place to get pizza. Food is okay but timing is always horrible. Was told 50 minutes for pizza but I arrive and told 10 minutes more. Then 30 minutes later it’s still not ready and was forced to get a refund because I was never getting the pizza. A bunch of teenagers with no supervision and no way to produce food in a timely manner. Stay away.

The pizza is pretty good, but I don't like that the employees don't use gloves or face mask with covid going around, they also toss the pizza dough and it's touching forearms. Sorry but a little worried about germs with the sickness. The company needs to have emplyees use gloves and mask when making food. GROSS!

I just tried to order a pizza from this location. A male employee answered and asked me to hold. I was left on hold for over 10 minutes! I hung up and called back and someone lifted the phone and hung up! Then I called back a third time and the same employee answered and asked me to hold again. I explained that I was placed on hold for too long already, then hung up on and I’d like to go ahead and order my pizza. This employee simply hangs up on me!!! I’ve already contacted Marcos Corporate and I’m going to copy and past this on every review site I can possibly find until this employee is terminated!

ordered about a month ago, and was charged twice for the same order. they told me 3 days to credit to my account. it's been over a month.
