Great place to get pizza and sandwiches to go. Also, their calzones are awesome.
The food here has gone downhill precipitously. A couple days, the dough was not properly risen. We called, concerned, to make sure something wasn’t wrong with our pizza. They apologized and offered no concessions for our poor meal (which came out like flat bread pizza instead of the original doughy crust - a huge difference). Other times recently it has been extremely sloppy. The last time, the tomato sauce was not flavored correctly. Someone must have left out crucial things like salt, spices and care. We’ve even had discussions amongst ourselves in talks of trying to figure out if it’s an issue related to new management or staff and only trying to order from this location on days when the management/chefs would be the good ones. We actually don’t know how to approach calling the store about that. We’ve also spoken to others in the same deliver area and they also reported similar poor food from this Marcos in the past ~3 months, when, like us, they loved it before. Can the staff be retrained? We amd others are all about to take our business to the other local pizza locations for good. We’ve tried too many times lately with continued food quality failures.
Food is great but the service is… interesting. All the guys are super sweet and awesome, but there’s this one lady who snaps at me and my friends whenever we go in. We go to the school next door and when my friends don’t have access to phones they have to go in to order. The guys that work there are always okay with this, but today the woman working there got crazy mad and basically yelled at them. The thing is, there’s only ever one person taking orders, so if you call in they still have to stop taking in-person orders to deal with the call, so we can’t even figure out why she’s so mad. Other than here it’s fantastic.
Hard to believe that we placed order and paid with app and no problem, pizza was sliced evenly and placed in a new box, oh yeah the pizza tasted good
I often order from Marcos, this location. Ordered 3 pizzas. My small garden pizza with spinach and pineapple had just pineapple and spinach. No other veggies. No Mushrooms, black olives, onions, sliced tomatoes, three cheeses?? Didn't seem like it, absolutely no feta. And it was burnt. The other 2 pizzas were ok. No issues.
I order quite often from this location. I have to say the quality has been sliding. Tonight, I ordered two extra large pizzas. Neither were cut all the way through and was a destructive mess. Ended up ordering another pizza to replace it However, not much variance in results. The other pizza didn't seem to have beenproperly cooked and the crust was very doughy. Last delivery was not impressive either. Sad to see. I have been a fan of Marcos for some time. Going forward I will be ordering elsewhere. I must compliment the delivery people however. Always friendly. Unfortunately the food quality is not equally matched.

This location has been going down hill fast for the several months. In my last three orders, they never made the order once, were 45 late from their already ridiculous wait time of 40-50 minutes, and 40 minutes late again tonight. When I call to voice my frustration the manager gave an oh well attitude. Do yourself a favor, eat at Brooklyn Joe's
