Super fresh food PEROID… everything we hv tried thus far has been unbelievable. We came in the first time to try the sushi and the sushi Chef wasn’t working that night. We stayed for the hibachi and are so extremely pleased we did! EVERY THING was FRESH and COOKED PERFECTLY. Even the crab Rangoons weren’t greasy. Filet very tender and cooked to perfection. Salad obviously made and dressed to order with homemade ginger dressing out of this world & not watered down junk. Tonight we came back for the sushi and had the Kylin roll, spider roll and lobster tempura rolls. Each one was outstanding. My favorite was the Kylin Roll. We will continue to frequent this little known gem until the rest of cherokee county finds out about it.
Ordered through grub hub this evening (26 Mar). My wife and I have tried all the local sushi/hibachi places in Canton and Woodstock. I personally love sushi but that’s not my wife’s thing, so having good alternatives is important for us.That being said, we’re extremely pleased with our order. The sushi was good and reasonably priced. What stood out was my wife’s hibachi dinner (steak, chicken, fried rice with egg) plus the included soup. She’s particular about her food and Asian/Japanese food isn’t her first choice, but she expressed utter delight with the dinner and confidently declared it the best she’s had yet. Which is a good thing because I can get my sushi fix while keeping the wife happy.Well done to the staff that prepared our meal tonight. We’ll dine in with you shortly after our great takeout experience.

First time in 20 years of living in Canton that we finally have delicious, FRESH sushi, hibachi and all things Asian. The Chef is incredible! The staff is super friendly and attentive to our every need. Each and every dish that was brought to our table was incredible. The ingredients are fresh and each dish was served with love. The details of the beautiful landscape of each plate was very intentional in its design, reminding us that we first eat with our eyes. Not shown in the pictures, my husband's meal, filet mignon hibachi, which was tender and melted in your mouth.Don't let the interior of the restaurant fool you. This place is a hidden gem with a talented and creative Japanese trained Chef. Believe me when I tell you that you will thank me later! All of the wait staff is great but we especially love Isaiah and the extra special attention to details he provided our table. Plus, he's super friendly and kind. We can't seem to stay away from this restaurant.
For the increase in prices, the food portions did not. Usually when you get a plate of hibachi, you cannot see the plate for all the food. Food was warm, not hot and nothing came out together for the table. One person would get an item and then a few minutes later another person would get something. They stingy on the yum yum sauce too. Food was tasty though. Liked the sushi I had Highly recommend they consider a childrens menu Also, no notification at all anywhere that we looked that you are charged a processing fee on a credit card when u use it

We started going to KYLIN as soon as they opened and they never disappoint! Today we tried the Hamachi Kama (grilled yellowtail cheeks) appetizer and the Tobiko Nagiri (red roe) roll and my wife and I loved it. It paired well with the chicken fried rice and dynamite roll we ordered. See ya'll next time! LOVE THIS PLACE!

Food was delicious! Service was stellar. We ordered the filet and shrimp and steak and chicken hibatchi and both were great. Fried rice could have been a little better. Large portions. The vegetable tempura was also nice. We will be back.
