I stopped in to get a 16 piece bucket at the Marietta Hwy location. Best service I’ve ever received from a fast food restaurant, and definitely my favorite KFC location! JB at the register was fantastic, funny, and gave such a friendly local feel that absolutely sold me. As long as JB is there, this KFC will forever be my go to dinner! They have huge fried chicken pieces! GO NOW!
DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. when i called to speak with a manager over the fact i waited 10 min at the drive thru with no line to be told that they are extremely busy. not to mention the manager sounded high out of his mind!! this is also the SECOND time this has happened now. don’t bother going here.
I go here occasionally and I order simple orders but the manager seems to always give me attitude is very rude and very short and sometimes when I try to talk after I get my order she just shuts the window in my face.

This place I a joke, manager is not pleasant telling me I can't go inside have to go to drive thru, it was an online order that they said would be a 20 min wait, 12 piece original recipe 3pm.. omg this place fails on every level
Calling this place Kentucky Fried Chicken is false advertising. In their own words, “We ain’t got no chicken.”Also in their own words, “We can’t refund your money for online orders, you’ll have to call the website”So you can’t give me the chicken I ordered and you can’t give me my money back. Funny how that all works in your favor, isn’t it?
The location is in close proximity to other businesses and it’s convenient to my commute. I was saddened to not find Chicken Livers on their menu. To whom it may concern please consider adding this item.
