Ordered my food online. They told me to be there between 6:25-6:45pm. On my way they called to tell me they were not able make my garlic knots. I get there at 6:30pm and did not get my food until 7pm. The pizza was just ok and not quite New York style. I was was expecting a flat big slice but received what in my opinion is hand tossed and thick. I like the taste of Marcos pizza ? better. Not impressed at all.
Bad service! We didn’t get offered no refills and as soon as they brought us the food outside they brought the check and also to-go boxes while we didn’t even ask for one as if they wanted us to leave fast and making sure we paid as if they didn’t trust us. Maybe the fact that I have an accent made them give us a “special treatment” as we are Greek!
The place is nice. Service is a bit slow to put a order in but overall the taste of the pizza is awesome. Try the barbecue green pepper. Amazing. I got half that and half cheese incase it taste nasty but it was better than I thought. Definitely will order a full pie next time.
Relaxed, friendly people, good food. Try the great white calzone, lasagna, or cauliflower pizza.
Just wanted to say y'all rocked! We had delivery in one hour. Lasagna,Eggplant Parm dinner with spinach salad,Greek salad and garlic bread. Flavors were all amazingly delicious! Thanks, folks.???
Gave this locations of Johnny's a second attempt since the manager reached out on Yelp after my first review.I will no longer be coming to this location after two sub par experiences.Pizza was okay.Service was meh. Didn't look like anyone wanted to be there.We ordered a gourmet pizza and a vegetable pizza was brought to the table. When brought we brought it up to Karen's attention, she offered to remake it. We didn't want to wait for a whole pizza to be made so we asked for just one slice of gourmet.Low and behold, we got charged for the one slice we originally ordered anyway on their mess up.That's not customer service.Side note: They’ve reached out on each review to make it right, which is much appreciated.
First time at this Johnny’s Pizza location. Outstanding! Great atmosphere all the way around. Wonderful service, fast & delicious food.
This is one of the few good pizza places in Canton. I've tried so many spots. This one has the best sauce and they don't skim on the toppings. You can buy by the slice too.
