Ordered online - came to the store about 15 min. Later , both front and door locked. Thought it was a mistake since I ordered 15 minutes ago…. Called in. Young girl, answered saying she was going to call me about that…. I told her she should probably do that sooner since we had waited 15 minutes to come get it. Her response was “I’m just tired”.LOL. I said you’re tired so you closed your doors 3 hours early? She said she was just trying to close. I asked for her name and she would not give it to me and eventually hung up . She then called 5 minutes later to “cancel the order”…. I said oh I just spoke to you… silence… I asked for her name again and she finally gave it to me. So if “Darron” is making your order, count on her being tired and not getting your meal! LolUPDATE: New management - Chelsea , the store manager contacted me directly. She was extremely apologetic and extremely helpful and professional! She has gone above and beyond to help resolve any issues I had!
Closed at 6pm on a Friday evening….. says open online. Guess they can’t find staff. I guess this place will shut down soon too.
Went there today for lunch. Probably had the saddest blt ever. Only 3 pieces of bacon and all to one side. Ridiculous for the prices there.
Great price, great food, the chubby male employee with the glasses was super nice and got my food to me accurately with fast speed. 10/10 would recommend.
I have now order food twice at this location and when I get there they are closed. Online to location has hours until 8pm.
Employee was sitting in the lobby with tissues stuck up his nose and blood all over his face in the lobby...
