40 minutes for 4 subs when we were the only customers in the store… sub #1 was made completely wrong (not even the sub ordered) and had to be completely re made. After it was remade it was still missing the chipotle sauce in it but I didn’t care enough at this point to go back inside. Subs 2-4 were all supposed to come with chips. By the time they finally came out I just wanted to get out of there. No chips were put in the bag even though they were paid for. If I wanted to wait this long I would have gone to a restaurant where I could have sat and enjoyed a quality meal
This store has very friendly staff. I witnessed the staff having to deal with a customer, who was irate at prices going up, as if store staff had anything to do with it. It was handle very politely.
It’s always aggravating to walk in any shop ten minutes before they close and have them tell you, “we’re closing up”
Short staffed, but still made our delicious subs quickly.
Worst food ever , not like it used to be
The older blonde manager shooed my son and I out of the restaurant at 8:50 because she has kids too she said. I’m a single father and was grabbing a bite to eat with my son after football practice . We were about to throw our food away and leave when she rudely shooed us out and out of our seats. I don’t come and pay 30 bucs for a couple of subs to get treated that way. Crazy I should have gone to Sidelines.
Food was ordered online. It was ready to go when I walked in, and the order was made perfectly to the special request. Store was clean despite being very busy (it's hard to clean when things get crazy.) Great experience.
Really good sub sandwiches made by folks who care about their customers.
The food was so bland and gross. I had a cheese “steak” with portobello mushrooms, peppers and onion. No steak on my sandwich and nothing but sliced peppers, onions, mushrooms. Bread and wrapping were soggy and soaked through.Only nice thing I can say was that staff is nice.
Was the first order of the day, picked up and drove 15 minutes home to find it was not made properly. Returned to get the correct sandwich (Giant $17.35.....) and was told "sorry have a good day". The Manager was less than apologetic when I found out she made the sandwich and tried to blame her new crew members. So after 45 minutes of travel, and a gallon of gas the manager threw a free sub card at me and said mistakes happen..... I'll drive the extra 6 miles to the other Jersey Mike's in Canton from now on......
