If only I could have them cook for me daily.. love love love this one. The sushi is wonderful
We ordered tempura veggies as a appetizer and they were served on a plate literally soaked in grease. Light and crunchy? No. The dinner entrees were as bad or worse. Apparently they don’t have a trained cook. Not going back
Dining out should be nothing but a fun and great tasting experience. This is my favorite Japanese restaurant in the area! The staff is always nice and Zero issues with food, it’s always very delicious! The Hibachi is always entertaining and my meal cooked perfectly. I love that they have a kids menu as well to accommodate my picky eater as well! many birthday’s have been celebrated here and I’ll continue to come back! I would recommend Hana Japanese Steak House to anyone looking for good food and a great Hibachi experience.
Been eating here the last 10 years, typically a good experience BUT the last two times not so much. Service has really went down hill not to mention they have charged my card way more the last two times. ($109 more to be exact) each time it was disputed & I was reassured the money would be refunded within days BUT I still don’t think it’s very professional to over charge then to be told I have to wait days to receive MY MONEY back ? pay attention to your bill here people!
First time Hibach and did not disappoint. Kyleigh our server was fabulous and our chef was fun and engaging (unfortunately didn't get he's name). Food was delicious, definitely going back.
Great experience. Rose was very sweet and I love her so much. So kind hearted and does an amazing job. Very happy that she was our server! Totally recommend eating here!
We really enjoyed the sushi here. Our server, Allison, was super. She was friendly and attentive. We we're served our food in no time and it was delicious. We couldn't have asked for better food or service.
Most disrespectful and disappointing restaurant I have been to in years! I came to dine an hour before closing the manager told me they were closed when they weren’t because I’d call before arriving and two tables were still being served. After that she proceeded to tell me what I was wearing was inappropriate when a group of women were wearing the exact same outfit. She then sat me and acted as if she didn’t want to serve me. When she brought my food it was in a to go box! the food was slimy and gross. Don’t waste your time money or energy here.
Bad from the start. Sushi bar was not set up at all for guests. Never received a napkin, chop stocks, soy sauce or dish, had to request it myself while the waiting staff just hung out in empty booths on their phones. I ordered three kinds of nigiri. Salmon was okay but the tunas were old and chewy. Spider roll had absolutely no flavor, and that's usually my go to trying new sushi restaurants. Spicy torch roll had flavor but it was because the use of a butane torch on the top caused it to have a burnt/butane taste. Sorry Hana, but you failed big on this visit. I hope your hibachi is your key feature.
Have had nothing but amazing experiences here! My favorite Japanese restaurant in the area! The staff is always nice and I do not have any issues with food, it’s always very delicious!!!! Hibachi is always entertaining but I like dining in and enjoying my meal just as much! I love that they accommodate my picky eating as well lol! I’ll continue to come back! Recommend for any event!
