(First time going to this fire house location)I walked in, felt very unwelcome. I ordered the medium grilled chicken sandwich, I asked for ONLY peppercorn ranch on it and ordered extra tomato. I looked at my Sammy, and took my first bite and tasted mustered on it. Also I saw no tomatoes on it, so I Kindly asked for them to add the extra tomatos i have oredered.. I didn't make a big deal about the mustard, and I got straight attitude with it. Let alone, the sandwich itself was very runny and Sloppy. I could barley hold it without the mayonnaise dripping off of it. On the side of that, I ordered Mac and cheese, the Mac and cheese was runny like soup. I might as well of ordered the soup if I knew it was going to be that runny. Most horrible taste and money wasted on something I had high hopes on. Never going back to this location again. ???
I don’t normally write reviews, but I’ve tried to call a few times today first few was to let the manager know the sandwich makers need to wear a hair net or something. I finished the first half of the sandwich, second half I noticed 2 short brownish/black hairs. I’m in there once or twice a week, but two hairs is absolutely disgusting, I guess I’ll be cutting back on subs.
We love coming here for tasty sandwiches and they have nice soft GF bread too.
Cood was fine. Not crowded. We were able to sit at a table away from others.
Hands down the best subs around. I love the way they cut the the pickles and olives so perfectly. I really can't say anything bad about them. I enjoy their subs tremendously!
Staff was unbelievably unprofessional. I ordered a large order and everyone working starting moaning and groaning out loud directly to me about the order…. It was like they were doing me a favor by making the subs…. Typical situation of kids managing other kids…. Will not return

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! We ordered a double meat sandwich online. Arrived to pick it up and it was not double meat. We made a point to have them remake the sandwhich and the manager (Ejay Oberlay) proceeded to say my mother was a bi***. When I called and talked to a manger he proceeded to tell me they were talking to each other. This is not language you use while a customer is in the store. The manager has pushed this issue off like no big deal. BE WARE!! STAY AWAY!!
