My family and I just went through the drive through at this location to order a few donuts and iced coffees. The girl that took our order was incredibly rude!! As most drive through speakers are hard to hear my husband asked her to repeat what we ordered she replied with ‘I JUST repeated your order’. We promptly told her she can forget the order and took our business down the road to Dunkin at 3640 Marietta Hwy.I tried to get a manager on the phone, and there wasn’t one on duty but was told the girls name was Lisa. Who knows if this was truly her name but we were there at about 3:00 on 5/31/22. It’s truly disheartening the lack of customer service and these days.
Ordered via Grubhub, and there was a big bite in the vanilla with sprinkles donut! I’m posting this here and at Grubhub because I do not know who was at fault.
Hate to say this, but in my opinion: after trying donuts in every donut shop and food chain. Ray's donuts are the best and only ones that even taste like real donuts.These other donut shops need to take note on how to make donuts.
Stopped on my way to work because another location had made my coffee incorrectly. They made my replacement coffee without any question or hesitation and I am very grateful! Courteous and helpful staff.
Customer service was amazing. They even walked outside to help me with an item on the menu I could not see.
In what has to be the world's largest Dunkin' donuts, you will find ample seating in places to enjoy your Dunkin delights
I struggle to rate this place accurately, because it’s been so long since I’ve been here. I want to and I wanted to order pickup or delivery, but the menu isn’t accurate. I used to stop by and order a lot, probably too much! I would probably still be a really frequent flyer if I could order the items I want. I cannot drive much, but I also cannot go inside places… so if they would include my favorites on the menu to order delivery or pickup, I would love to order. You can order through the speaker, why not on the apps?Bismarck, seasonal items, etc. The ability to request certain combinations for the ½ dozen or dozen donuts/munchkins (not just random flavors or all the same.
If you want to pay full price for yesterday's old donuts, go here. Nothing here is fresh. You should go 1 block down to Ray's Donuts, they the best

Worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been too. Went here to grab a coffee and a powdered munckin for my 3 year old. The lady taking my order was extremely rude, cut me off mid sentence so I just ordered the munchkins. As I am pulling off I’m searching for the powered munchkins-surprise surprise- there are none. I pull back through and they proceed to tell me they must be all out. I said someone should of said that WHILE I was ordering. They suggest a normal sized donut. Fine. Literally tossed it out the window to me and then it was STALE. Pathetic excuse for a Dunkin’
