The milk I bought was expired, it was nearly a week past the expiration date and it tasted sour. Upon realizing this, I informed an employee and they just looked at me and said “well that’s all the milk we got”. Nothing else. I asked for some water bottles instead and got them with a bit of an attitude. Not great service at this location, surprised there wasn’t anything immediately offered to me after relaying the information of their expired milk.

Food was good, service was good and the patio was very nice. A good spots to get a cup and relax.

The food and drinks are tasty and you get your order pretty quick. Great place to have a little meeting or hold an interview for a quiet and relaxing environment.

Friendly, fast service, clean store. Tried their cornbread donut holes, too sweet as they are glazed. Miss the cornbread muffins.

Great staff when I went. Quick and coffee was spot on. I said I'd never go back to Dunkin after my last 6 bad experiences. This location has a good crew and has at least one guy that knows how to move his feet.

Can't recall the last time I was seved a full cup here. Thought was maybe a certain person making my drinks, but not a few times in a row.

These employees don’t know what customer service is. I used to go here every morning and get a large iced coffee with a large iced water. This morning, they refused to give me a large iced water. I even offered to pay extra for it. They also didn’t make my drink right. You would think they would be able to make a $4 cup of coffee right. I guess that’s why Starbucks has cars wrapped around their building and Dunkin’ doesn’t have any cars in their drive thru.

The staff at this location is extremely rude. My drink order was incorrect after ordering through the mobile app. The staff proceeded to argue with me that it was my mistake. After finally agreeing to correct the order they continued to reprimand me for the mistake to the point that I told them I was willing to pay the difference even though it wasn’t my mistake because they continued to make me feel like I was trying to get something for free. They refused but continued to be confrontational. I will never go to this location again. I am not one to write poor reviews usually however I cannot believe how much this situation escalated over a $3 coffee. I have never been treated so poorly by staff as I was here. I would never recommend this location. Even if your order is correct, employees are rude and wait time is unexceptionable.

they forgot to give me a straw. i reversed horribly to ask for one and was nowhere close to the window. the guy running the drive thru perfectly launched the straw through my car window while it was pouring rain. i wasn’t even upset about them forgetting the straw, but that launch made up for it. this is a good location that i go to almost every day, the employees are super nice and patient (:
